These videos are great for helping to create new beliefs, and they will help you immensely if you’re committed enough.
You’ve got to be willing to commit fully. And they will help you overcome the hurdles that are holding you back.
The best way to use one of our videos is to get clear on your goal and focus on it. Listen to a particular video for 21 days.
21 days because Research shows that it takes 21 days to develop a habit and new beliefs.. So for if you ‘believe’ it will take you 21 days to change or form a new habit and to get rid of any debilitating and self-limiting beliefs. From my experience, The great news is is that it won’t even take 21 days before you start to see results. In fact, you most likely will see results and see things start to happen after just a couple days but please continue to listen for 21 days for best results. This process is greatly enhanced when you can relax your body and quiet your mind prior to listening.
These videos are a powerful way to reach the subconscious mind while bypassing critical awareness and logical reasoning. As you start to assimilate them, they will create a new neural network in your brain. Be consistent and listen to a particular video as often as possible for 21 days. You don’t need to wear headphones but it is recommended. It’s best not to listen to anything else while you are listening to these affirmations. You can listen to multiple videos but it is best to focus on one particular area and avoid scattering and trying out other affirmation videos at the same time. For example, if losing weight is the most important target you have, put your energy in it and avoid listening to different affirmations in different topics. the best time to listen to these affirmations is just before drifting off to sleep at night, and just after waking in the morning before arising but really anytime that you can listen to them is great.

I fell into some old patterns .. and shocked myself. I got depressed..I realize there are many levels of this .. I also wan't listening as often.. I woke up this morning not in the mood to go to work today, but I eventually jumped out of bed and got myself excited for the day, until I saw my work schedule with a morning meeting with my boss and her boss 😮😂. James Jeremiah I totally agree with you. As a Christian. We need growth and to walk with god in his grace and wisdom and receive counsel from god and be in his perfect plan. Its all about relationship. However, so many people are negative and words have power. These affirmations are ok because they are totally opposite of being negative. I've seen that the words I speak have determined how my life goes. Ultimately daily I ask god to let his will be done and give thanks to God. U do these affirmations and ask God for his blessings and his will to be done. Its sure better than starting your day with a negative beat. Its all about faith humility belief and grace. We should give thanks to God and walk in his divine blessings. Affirmations help a lot. Faith in God is my priority. None of this will go to the grave with me. It does help in the natural. I give my life to God. I also do affirmations as an addition to my prayer life. Well I listen to it atleast once a day. Not necessarily the entire video. Also keep in mind that in almost all the videos (if not all), they say that it works best when you're about to fall asleep or when you just wake up. What does that mean? It means that you don't "have" to focus continuously on the playback. It is impossible to focus continuously. So while you're about to fall asleep, your sub conscious mind is still listening to it. I have noticed that it works best when you initially focus for a very short period of time like maybe just 3 to 5 mins and thereafter just let your mind be ( the sub conscious is still listening ). Never hold on to what is being said in the audio. You have to listen to it and release it from your mind ( let go ). This is of paramount importance.
In my case I have seen results in less than a week ( don't expect millions, it totally depends on what work you're engaged in) .
And again, very important, you need to act on whatever job/business you're doing. Action is very important. Just listening to this will not do anything.
