ನಾನು ಧ್ಯಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ತುಂಬಾ ಉತ್ಸುಕ ನಾಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.
ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ವಿಷಯ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಧ್ಯಾನ ಪದವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸ ಬೇಕು. Meditation ಪದ ಬಾರದು. ಅದು ಬೇರೆ ಅರ್ಥ ಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಓದಿದ್ದು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಧ್ಯಾನ ಧ್ಯಾನವಾಗಿಯೇ ಇರಲಿ.

Medicine is for a body . Meditation is for a mind . In meditation (watching ur breath inheal & exheal continuesly then body & mind will be in ur hand ) Other wise u cant . Same ur are all in the incharge of body & mind . In meditation(Dhyana) body without weight and mind without thoughts Only u will remains called soul(Athma) . Without meditation jeevathma . Doing meditation paramathma . (Who iam I ) will be realised from meditation .
