Fun facts:
1) Akaza challenged Kokushibo 3 times before and lost all 3 battles, but earned Kokushibo's respect.
2) There's a fan-manga of Kokushibo vs Douma and it's actually very well done.
3) The 3 top rank Uppermoons died because they didn't go all out from the start.
Actually Akaza challenged Kokushibo only once and lost. But before Akaza 3 other uppermoons had challenged Kokushibo and were defeated and killed by him. I think you mixed up the information a bit.

Actually, kokushibo only lost against the Hashira because he chose to give up and die, if he hadn't seen his reflection in one of the swords I believe he would have killed them all

Kokushibo would've won if genya wasn't there. Genya trapped kokushibo with his demon art so they managed to cut his head off, they basically won with luck

@@kennyluis5765 they would never had a chance to cut his head off in the first place without genya abilities without genya they already losing since only gyomei and sanemi could keeps up with kokushibo while muichiro is heavily injured and couldn't do much, they only managed to cuts kokushibo hairs and kimono since he's dodging too fast plus kokushibo moon breathing abilities making them difficult to get close to him.

Kokushibo didn't even tried to go 45% when fighting three hashiras and genya and after they awakned their demon slayer mark kokushibo just smiled and said you managed to rip off my kimono and now it's your turn this man was toying with these hashiras and genya and if he had finished genya first the they would loose the fight and also if all of the hashiras fought kokushibo at the same time kokushibo at 50% would still bully them and he will win in low - mid difficulty

The same thing happened to Akaza too.
When he had a 2v1 with Tanjiro and Giyuu he can regrow his head, and he could have killed them both if he didn't regain his past memories, but he died because he used his Blood Demon art on himself

In my theory, Kokushibo would win. He has the most experience, and some of the upper moons wouldn't be demons without him giving his blood. He's the fastest and could slash them without them even realizing it, like when Kokushibo swooped behind Akaza in the upper moon meeting without Akaza realizing this.

It was stated douma and akaza are only 75% of kokushibos powers douma being 45 and akaza being 30. They didn't truly beat koko either, he just stopped regenerating since he had regrets. Not to mention koko has another form, the form with the spikes and appendages protruding out of his body which is also stated to augmented his strenght.

Despite the duo of the stone pillar and Sanemi teaming up with their breathing styles, Koko was able to put them both on the already failing defensive in a split second by just getting serious with them. No regen-ing head strength needed. The only reason why they weren't murdered then was because Mist and Stone getting access to the see-through-world and Sanemi's brother using his ability(gotten with a massive power boost from eating Koko's sword piece and hair mind you) that only worked because of him having complete control of the bullets.
Tell me, if Akaza couldn't handle a See-through-world Tanjiro how he would fair against Mist and Stone having it or how Douma would handle demon art bullets that can change directions at the user's will and spawn a blood draining tree in him that stops his moments while Sanemi comes to slice his head off. The answer is they wouldn't fair well.

His breathing style is the closest to Sun Breathing. His swordsmanship is flawless although it pales in comparison to Yoriichi. Add the otherworldly physical strength of being a demon with instantaneous regeneration, almost limitless stamina, and the ability to use a Blood Demon Art. He'd be unstoppable until he faces Yoriichi and Muzan. The hashiras won against him cuz he gave up his life after realizing that he became the monster that he himself promised not to become.

He did eat the wisteria posion and did it to himself, demons have an amazing sense of smell, he would've sensed it in shinobu's blood, because Even Gyutaro was able to smell the wisteria poison off of Tengen's Kunai's, he was too nieve when he ate shinobu, she does deal with posion, and Douma is supposed to be one of the smartest characters in demon slayer, Completely and utterly destroyed by 2 kinoe leveled children because of his nievety, yes if akaza and douma had a blood battle douma would've won, but thats before Akaza was able to learn he was immune to nichirin swords, if akaza went 100% after he found out, he would've won, Douma can now only freeze and delay akaza, what would ice do to someone that has far surpassed upper moon regeneration. and, Akaza himself would've known That Shinobu had poison in her blood stream because akaza almost goes 100% every fight. (he also doesn't ONLY eat women, nor does he eat if his home aka the Infinite castle gets attacked) this could be called bias, but I'm someone that has really good memory and remembers a lot of tiny details, akaza clearly wins with strength, speed, reflex, regeneration, defense, and battle IQ, the only thing he looses in is IQ and demon blood art.

And abt how Gyutaro sense the poison on the kunai is bc he can smell it, and Douma couldn't sense the poison inside of Shinobou because tge poison is inside her, he couldn't smell it. Also Douma loss bc he's just playing around and lack of seriousness.

I think the coolest part about Kokushibo is how he stuck to his ideals. He wanted to be the greatest swordsmen, not just a rly powerful demon. He therefore never used any blood demon art, tried to keep himself safe from harm and not use his regeneration, and when he was decapitated, let himself die instead of surviving like a demon of his caliber can.
Personally I can't see the demon duo defeating Kokushibo, but I will admit I am a little biased. However, simply put Kokushibo's extreme reach and strenght would be able to tear apart Akaza every time he closed the distance (if not straight up kill him, he is using a demon slayer sword after all). This would basically be Kokushibo vs Douma with Akaza being torn to shreds whenever he tried to come close.
In fact, while Akaza is undoubtedly stronger than Hantengu, I think Douma and Hantegu working together would do better thanks to Hantegu's considerable long range firepower, being the only upper moon besides Douma with a longer reach than Kokushibo.

Both crescent moons and elongating his sword is his blood demon art and kokushibo's sword is not a nichirin blade so without the ability to absorb demons there is no way he can kill them

You forgot to mention the uppermoon 4 replacement Nakime. Kokushibo vs Nakime might be a quick fight either way, Nakime’s blood demon art allows her to control the infinity castle so if Kokushibo fought her in her own Castle he might lose if Nakime creates a portal to kick Kokushibo out into the Sun.

Pretty sure author said Douma, and Akaza together are around 75% of Kokushibou, plus Kokushibou didn't as much loss to the hasher, more so he was forced to become a monster to survive, and through a moment of self reflection decided living wasn't worth it because of what he had become.
I wanna do a correction. You said douma was an upper 5 in the past. He was actually an upper 6 when he turned gyutaro and Daki into demons.

According to the fanbook, Akaza did challenge Kokushibo. Akaza lost and Kokushibo spared him (he usually absorbs demons who lose blood combat to him) because he enjoyed the fight and Akaza's potential.

I personally think Kokushibou would make quick work of Akaza and Douma teaming up. Kokushibou is leagues above Akaza in power and defeated him in a blood battle, only sparing him because of the challenge. Also, Kokushibou's experience along with his power limits far outweigh Douma's and would have fodderised the cult leader even if Douma went serious. On top of that, there's no saying if Akaza and Douma can work well together, considering their contrasting attitudes and powers. Kokushibou has also fought more demons then either Akaza or Douma, meaning he can exploit their weaknesses. The members of the 12 Kizuki are individually stronger than all demons combined minus Muzan or their superior ranked Kizuki brethren, and Kokushibou is the strongest Kizuki of all, meaning he is the second strongest demon ever and stronger than all demons combined, second only to Muzan.
I mean nakimie and Gyoko might have a chance because all Gyoko has to do is punch him and he will become a fish nakimie can’t just throw him out of the castle when the sun comes
Long sword Kokushibo is actually insane. If Genya hadn’t asspulled the best possible BDA to hard counter Kokushibo, he would’ve trashed all of them. Genya only got as strong as he did because his opponent was Kokushibo. He would’ve been weaker/slower had he eaten parts of someone like Akaza or Douma. Kokushibo also is shown to be able to speedblitz Akaza, so it would basically be Douma vs Kokushibo while Akaza tries to slide in for a few hits or just go in as an extra meat shield. Akaza’s speed just isn’t even close to Kokushibo’s.

It would probably take hantengu to add to defeat kokushibo along with akaza and dogma because it would be a 6v1. And bantengu can hide while his clones fight with both the 4th and 3rd most powerful demons.
And Douma can create clones too!
Here's the thing, Kokushibo didn't die because of the the 3 hashira and genya. He self-destructed after realizing his true form knowing that it isn't the ways of a samurai, Kokushibo could've solo'ed Gyomei, Muichiro, Sanemi and Genya if he didn't have those flashbacks. Hell, I think he could solo the entire demon slayer corps, but it is true that Kokushibo will lose to Akaza + Douma, but it will last for a very, very long time.

Gyutaro didn't kill 7 hashiras, he killed 15
Kokushibo could very well bring down Akaza and Douma for three reasons:
1) Akaza and Douma are not synchronized in battle as Gyomei and sanemi
2) As you said Akaza does not perceive the fighting spirit or the murderous intent of Kokushibo so he would be useless
3) Akaza and Douma have no moves capable of putting Kokushibo in serious difficulty since Akaza’s blows can regenerate them instantly and Douma apart from the frost that strains breathing techniques does not have lethal attacks (and in any case with frost can always regenerate)
Akaza is as strong if not stronger than gyomei. And douma is atleast 20% stronger than akaza showing how confidently said akaza can never defeat them in the meeting. Kokushibo doesn’t have selfless state, so akaza will be able to detect him. Akaza has large area attacks and douma has ice which can freeze kokushibous lungs if he got to close momentarily affecting his breathing

Douma's got some pretty big hax though. He can literally make mini copies that are Hashira level and can use his abilities to the same strength has his own. So if he summons like a dozen and has them use the giant Ice Buddha, he might be able to pull this off. I wish we could've seen him at full strength. It felt like a total cop out his died to poison and couldn't smell any of it when consuming Shinobu.
I also feel he does the most to consume humans regularly with his cult causing constant power ups.
Finally someone to mention it, its really disapointing that we could not see 100% Doumas power he is most interesting uper moon of them all, his character is cool, his strenght also he is the prettiest character and most handsom in entire anime

I like that upper moon 6-4 have gimmicks which make them harder to kill unlike kaigaku even Nadine had a gimmick but upper moon 3-1 is just too strong and all lost to plot
kokoshibu would still beat them in a 2v1, the only reson he lost was because he saw a reflection of himself in a sword, which made him reflect on his life choices and let them kill him

I think it would be a close fight the biggest threats is douma and akaza but with the help of hantengu it makes the team far more dangerous so I'd say they'd have a good chance
Tbh gyoko and gyutaro stand no chance against kokushibo even in a team while they could provide support they'd still be pretty useless when it comes to actually damaging kokushibo

Technically speaking he paused during the fight when he saw his new form and that’s when they got him if he kept fighting in his final form I believe he probably would’ve demolished them but remember he paused and had a life reflect when he saw his final form

I feel like douma would put up a fight since his bda is busted and he’s already fast asf. His blood demon arts are suitable for kokushibos attack’s on offense and defense which is a really big factor in fighting kokushibo.
Not to mention the other two upper moons supporting him since the only other two who would be helpful are zohakuten and akaza. People are giving koku way too much credit just because they like his character. Like he's good and all but it would be still be a challenge if they teamed up on him
I highly doubt kokushibo losing to akaza and douma 1 reasons why
1:he didn't really try that much against in the 3 hashira so if he did at first he would have won
2:he refused to regenerate at the end otherwise he would have destroyed them all

Kokushibo's full strength hasnt been shown, he died cuz he refused to fight and he also had the monstrous form which he used to conquer decapitation, so i think it might be safe to say, douma and akaza cant beat him

You are missing something- Kokushibo would easily kill them but , as he wanted to die to the Hashiras ( More like he had to give them the chance and timing to do so) he just did not regenerate his head again.
When Kokushibo’s blood demon art is combined with his Moon breathing, and the fact he’s been Upper Moon 1 ever since he became a demon almost 500 years ago, then of course it would be near impossible for his subordinates to take his place as the highest ranking Kizuki, and Kokushibo of course wouldn’t really let himself be dethrowned from his position after almost half a millenia

Kokushibo didnt showed hi full potential at his last fight. He gave up seeing his last form. Even all upper moons on one side cant defeat Kokushibo
Something you forgot to mention about Douma vs Kokushibo:
Douma is possesing the strongest blood demon art in the show, that counters breathing itself with cryokinesis.
Kokushibo might be a demon, but people seem to forget he still using breathing techniques like other demon slayers, this would get him worked up pretty well against Douma

If Kokushibo would meat doma it would be hard for him to use breathing techniques. That’s because doma’s blood demon art makes the air freezing. So it’s dangerous to use to much breathing while fighting him
Can you do uper moon 1 vs all hashiras
One of the reasons why Kokushibo lost was because he lost his resolve and stopped fighting and didn't regenerate. Took all the Wind and Stone breathing attacks.
Kokushibo had 0 damage without trying against 3 hashiras and damage to his kimono with Genya included , he never got serious and was just decided to die later on
And I am pretty sure Gyomei is stronger than akaza and douma in 1v1 but can't win in a 1v1 cuz of their resistance to Nichirin

in manga kokushibo already defeated akaza twice in combat once was sparring and the other time was akaza challenging him for um1 but kokushibo let him live because he had an appreciation for his fighting style

It was stated in the added guide books that even if upper moons 3 and 2 fought kokushibo at the same time they would be annihilated. If it was all the upper moons he would probably need 60 to 70 percent to kill them all.

Kokushibo didn't even use his full power before he die , he died because of that reflection of himself from sanemi's blade he thought it was not a form of a samurai so he gave up as there is no point of living when he lost this dream to become a samurai but if he didn't saw that reflection he would clapped all 4 and even 13th form of tanjiro when he use his full power, he is muzan's business partner for a reason
