Are you very sure about this because I have talked to some brokerage firm and also with with nsdl pan portal they said that I need to link the pan and aadhaar to use their services if you guys don't mind clearing this up would be great help as the penalty fees is also little high .

Some of my friends just submit the aadhar & pan details in bank but still trading peacfully ..so there is no such deadline .or any compulsion .. Its just like the previous madate of govt of linking mobile number biometric with aadhar and people pay 50-100 to link it immediately Which later can be done easily @ 0 rps cost ....

For users of Jammu & Kashmir, Assam & Meghalaya- it's not mandatory to link Aadhaar and PAN card as these states are exempted from it.
Are you very sure about this because I have talked to some brokerage firm and also with with nsdl pan portal they said that I need to link the pan and aadhaar to use their services if you guys don't mind clearing this up would be great help as the penalty fees is also little high .
