@@nghiphuong8438 i can’t lie i’ve still not finished this haha (worked on and off) but i think the bag portion is close to done - i didn’t keep track but MAYBE 300 grams so far??? so i’d say probably max 400-500 when i’m done !! also side note i’d definitely recommend looking into lining the bag with fabric when you’re done (there are tutorials on youtube) because i think otherwise it’s going to stretch a lot 🥰
Hi Vivi, I absolutely love your tutorials on all these cute projects! I wanted to make a note, I redid this one few times but could never get the puff uniformed (OCD). It finally worked when I made 34 chains in the beginning instead of 32. At 32 chains, the last puff made had only 1 chain between the first puff. By adding 2 chains to the beginning I finally got the 3c between puffs I needed to make that last dc between the last and starting puff. Sorry for the long msg!!
omg i had the same problem, i always redo it because the puffs are not uniform and it bothers me sm so i quit making this but i will try creating this bag again by doing 34 chains. i hope it works, thank you for your comment! 🫶🏻

I did my best to space out or combine the stitching to keep everything in place. Don’t take my word on it bc it could also be an error on my part. On the rows where you single crochet into every stitch, I feel I’m adding 1 extra single stitch than Im supposed to. I am finished the bag, working on the straps now

I made a checkered bag where the popcorn Stith alternates and creats a checkered popcorn/Inc stitch pattern as well as a color checkered pattern which is cool
I have no Idea where I'm messing up. I count my stitches (the 28 dc + dc x 6) but whenever I get to the last puff ball there is no more room to do the DC then slip.

The 8ply milk cotton yarn I bought is too thick, what to do...? I'm searching for the yarn you're using but can't find it.. :(( is it okay to use 5ply?
if you use the 8ply yarn you can modify the pattern by making the chain for the flat base smaller. or, you can just use the same pattern and the bag will be better (if you meant that the yarn is stiffer, thats good it will make the bag more sturdy)

Yes, but your bag might turn out to be smaller, so make sure to add more chains to the base chain 😊 I'm not sure how many grams of 5ply yarns you need for this project 😅

Milk cotton chập 2 sợi cũng được nhưng mà không nên đựng đồ nặng đâu nha, tại milk cotton nó dễ bị dão lắm. Mình chập hai sợi thì tốn ~9 cuộn 50g nhé. Muốn đựng đồ nặng nặng mà không dão + mất form túi thì bạn phải may lót vào.

You can just look for cotton /acrylic yarn the same size/weight keep in mind that acrylic likes to stretch over usage
