I have a joint account, set the app on mine and my wife's phone and the contact details for her are mine. Why does the app not realise we have two phone numbers and two email addresses, one each? The implication is, codes are sent to my phone or email when my wife is setting up the account.
It seems that 'Mobile Banking' doesn't cover saving accounts, only current accounts as VM have just told me I can only access my ISA using on-line banking! App now deleted!

I tried to use it for an ISA but is asked for the 10th character of my password but my password only has 9 characters so that doesn't work!
