This brand has a hold on my heart like no other. I own 3 bags and one backpack. They are amazing for my work as a teacher and a university student. You couldn't have put it better! Also, it is waterproof and my laptop has been saved countless times from the weather. :)

@@Saveniadesigns Wow! That’s more than I paid for the actual bag 🫠 The only thing stopping me from removing the lining is the Gucci tag with the code but I wonder if I could remove the tag and have the cobbler just put the tag on the inside? I might actually ask them if they can do that!!!
@@byShannon I bought mine after I saw your glorious review for 139$😜 but now I’m really puzzled with what to do with it, I did cut the lining myself, to see what’s inside, but it has some cardboard and other materials that don't look good.. The insert should be all the way up almost to the handles, so all of this mess in concealed. Cobbler said that they will use the same zippers and a gucci tag, so it should look really nice, but so much money for the labor😅

Unfortunately it seems like the bag you purchased from ozsale is not authentic. I have a le pliage from the Longchamp boutique store in Sydney QVB. The zipper detail you showed is incorrect to the authentic. You can compare it to the website photos but the giveaway is the front leg of the horse is touching way too close to the boarder of the circle.

Have you checked with your Longchamp store? Some damaged corners can be fixed! I didn't know that until after I got rid of my beautiful, gray, large Longchamp several years ago.

Hey Holly, yes - it's definitely not the bag/brand for everyone. Luckily I was able to purchase mine half price via sites like eBay and Depop :)
I found mine on clearance at TJ Maxx, love the bag for the clearance price. I agree I would not pay the full price for any of the luxury brands.
I used to think the same until I started using it recently. It’s simply magic. Especially for people who do not like to carry backpacks to work.
I love them so much I have dozens. For the quality and ease of use it is cheap imo.
