First of all it's not a half kg of chicken,it seems 1 kg n the 2nd thing is how much chicken masala she puts in one dish.....oh my God...it looks like she put the whole packet of chicken masala
You know what this looks bit Sri Lankan style since coconut milk is used. And in that cusin we don't use coriander leaves and jeera at all and the taste is different. Almost all the Indian gravy taste similar bcz you use coriander for all the dishes.
Well I have never seen or heared that Tamil Nadu cusin use coconut milk. Well they used to add coconut flower to make masala and they add that to the gravy or mainly they depend on various kind of lentils to make stews and gravy or on tomato and onion based thickener. In Sri Lankan cusin we get depend on coconut milk for each and every dish. They taste different. The Sri Lankan cusin is more like the Kerala ones.

Bharat Rao and jeera is included in her ready made masala pack!!! Of course.
Nivetha Kanda in tamil nadu we use coconut milk. It s not similar to srilankan cooking. Curry leaves r better than cilantro for some dishes.
