Nice thinking outside the box! They tell us, "It bolts right on with no modification/fabrication necessary." An old time hot rodder taught me, "Never bolts on, every car is different and has its own quirks!" Can't wait to hear those beautiful carbs sing! Go RAC Garage, keep moving forward!
Only just a little research could find you a bigger, more gaumy alternator. All seriousness aside, there's a thing called the "Mini Denso". Even better would be no visible alternator at all. (run it off the driveshaft)
I'm surprised Stromberg doesn't sell a throttle z-bar setup like a clutch linkage so you can keep the short throttle cable on the driver's side and run the throttle on the passenger side? I guess most people just get a longer throttle cable and route it to that side instead, which works if you have access to a local speedshop...
Would break line cable from a bike work? I know some they sell are extra long for a throttle cable. I don't know almost anything about flat heads with 3 carburetor on it. It looks pretty I don't know about fast. I know the flat heads sound really good with the right muffler.

I love the mind of an old american hot rod guy. "it's metric, its not even normal stuff" lol.
I love this old school hot rodding , you guys over there are awesome ❤️
Thank you! We love it
Thanks Travis I enjoy your videos😊
So glad you do!
This is awesome, you can work on my car any time
Great job including your son on the project!
He absolutely love it!
....get the metal fuel rail or the three copper fuel lines....take the rubber hose off....fire risk.....and will give clearance for linkages....
yeah the owner is more than capable of doing that, he just wanted it to leave my shop running lol
Rubber fuel line is not a fire risk. They are probably because the engind will move and vibrate at a different rate from the body.

yeah this actually gets out of its own way. i was suprised.
I’m getting ready to buy the same setup. Do you run three primaries or do you have one primary and two secondaries
part number 9510A all 3 of them. the progressive linkage makes the outer ones secondaries in a way
@@RACGARAGE cool thanks!!
like 44 !
Thanks for the support!
Problem solving ...
Hahaha. Metric is normal stuff. It's that old imperial stuff that is odd..... Yes I know my Model A is loaded with that "odd stuff"..... 🤣
How about reading the instructions it came with? Make senes huh?
instructions are for children lol
@RACGARAGE Maybe but it seems like you could of done with the help.
