Pork chop & marinade:
Pork chop - 2pcs (about 400g)
Salt - 1tsp
Corn starch - 1tbsp
Soy sauce - 2tbsp
Sesame oil - 1tsp
Ginger juice - 2tsp
White pepper powder - 1tsp
Shaoxing wine - 1tbsp
Fried rice:
Rice - 2 bowls (about 400g)
Egg - 2pcs
Salt - 1tsp
Sauce:
Flour - 1tbsp
Oil - 1tbsp
Lukewarm water - 250ml
Sugar - 1tbsp
Onion (julienned) - ½pc
Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
Tomato (diced) - 2pcs
Cheese - optional
