The Vocaloid who sings it is called Hatsune Miku. 11 years later a video of a blind street singer called Bilal Göregen singing the Miku version of Ievan Polkka was uploaded to RUclips. And in October 2020 a version of his video with the vibing cat edited in went viral. Great arrangement!
