The problem is that Saleh didn't bench guys who committed a lot of pre and post snap penalties. Saleh was way "too soft". He allowed guys to sit on the sidelines during the preseason, especially the offensive line, which played poorly against Denver, because they weren't playing enough together. JD let the culture guys like JFM get traded for "nothing" to Denver. We traded for a guy- Reddick who wasn't going to report unless he got a big contract.
They need to bring in a top-notch offensive line coach. In the last 5 years they've invested 3 1st. round picks and a second rounder, yet still the line stinks, logic tells you they aren't being developed properly. That has got to be addressed.
I think it starts with a Bass when you get that Bass and then you can say ok let us add 2 more steps ok now we got 2 more steps let's see us add these 2 more steps The Base and adding to it...🏈🗽☯️
Just goes to show, that in the NFL is not just about talent, and the decision making ; when how you make choices is just as important. The problem is when just one person is depended on for change, and only one man had a clear vision of how to run this team...and when the Jets lost coach Saleh, the team as it was planned and built to be, collapsed. The vision was merely a dream. The GM then threw up his hands and everybody was unaccountable for what came next and left it in the owner's hand to take the role of decision-maker...after all it is his dime that's being spent, but, not improving the situation.
Need a real OC & Offensive Line. The team's foundation isn't set, it's talent is set. Need to strenghen the trenches; if not, it doesnt matter who is on the field or coaching.
Be careful of being like Rex, a little too overconfident...winning is more than just talking the talk, this team needs experienced winners in management.
This team from top to bottom is top 7 TALENT WISE in NFL they just don’t know how to play as team…. Honestly I would keep maybe 16 guys at most from this team and IMO: Offense: Breece, Allen, GW, DaVanate, Corley, Conklin, Olu, Tippman & AVT and on defense: JJ, McDonald, Quinnen, Quincy, Sauce, Carter, Stiggers, Echols & Sherwood
Y’all fell short a couple of times in admitting it, and it’s all boiling down to the same thing. Woodrow needs to get good people in and get out of their way. SERIOUSLY get out of the way. Because I GUA•RAN•TEE you he’s gonna hire a smart ROOKIE coach and GM, and they’re gonna build it up again, then WOODY’S GONNA TEAR IT DOWN WITH HIS CONNIVING WAYS. He’ll misfit the “culture”, the “singular vision“ and bring in top names then THEY will make their demands on the system , strain it, then Woodrow will gut it. AGAIN. AND AGAIN. Get smart Jets fans. I’m from the Leon Hess days. He was no genius, but he at least stayed out of the way. He hired imbeciles, but he largely stayed away. At 58 I’m done keeping hope alive. You’re fired Woodrow! I’m done with your trash. I’ll be back when you’re gone for good.
Woody world isnt much better than Jerry World. As long as he is in charge, everyone involved in this franchise is a fly in a spiderweb. He has fucked this franchise up to the extent that you wonder if NFL should move them from Jersey. Woody has no clue regarding gridiron football.
Excited about working for a clueless dysfunctional owner who will eventually meddle in your affairs thus ruining your career and reputation. Sounds great.
Bart should be included with the Jets front office!!
What we need: JESUS IS THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE AND NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH HIM!!! REPENT AND FOLLOW CHRIST JESUS
Hey Bart, i would hire you as the Linebackers Coach on the Jets!
It's still crazy to me that a team this talented is 3-8
Defense horrible this year
FuN Fact- This team is NOT that "talented". At all.
@@yoholmes273your delusional
They might not be as talented as you think.
Exactly
9-8 will be good for the playoffs!
lol pipe dream, keep wishing well.
I would love these two guys to be part of coaching the Jets. Their knowledge of football is impressive.
The Jets better be able to win win win
Belichick is coming back to the Jets
not with johnson as owner. he would have probably stayed under hess, but then again, parcells wouldn't have "retired"
He should but he is not, because he doesn't like the Jets

Louis Riddick & Brian Flores!
He is a guy that I don't know why they pass on him as general manager

Bart looks like he’s sick of this shit. Hopefully they can fix this mess

The next Jets head coach and GM are sitting right next to EA…
SAVE US REX

Can’t win without a franchise QB
