That tip to relax the bar when playing the Gmaj & the bar for Amaj is important. Without that there is alot of stress in the left hand.

Amazing, thank you very much, gold teaching here :) Just a question, why are there 2 versions of this piece? I'm referring to bar 10th, all music sheets I found are like your versionm with F#-G-F#-G-F#-G-F#-G but there are many played versions where a F# chord is played.... why?

I am learning it since the last 2 hours played 15 bars but the problem is it's very hard to remember the bars..it's not like a pop lyrics...
I hope i can play this piece it may take months but i will do it one day for sure

I have finished this piece all but can't keep the tempo.
Is there really any purpose in a class on a complex piece that begins by explaining that you need to start by playing the fifth string with the thumb? Anyone unaware of that fact has serious problems and should be trying something slightly more manageable.
It's sad that if you watch a cello class - on Bach for example - or any other instrumental class come to that, the discussion is primarily on musical analysis. With guitarists it's almost always just about which fingers to use.

Lovely clean playing, but If you listen to Barrios original recordings you will notice that there is absolutely no rubato, it is also significantly faster and consistent in tempo from start to the end even though Barrios himself can be heard to struggle in some parts (Mv.iii modulation to D Major). It is important to maintain the regularity of the larger work as a whole which is actually a rhythmically very strict composition as the inner movement ii which was originally movement i before the famous prelude was written much later. The prelude is a Milonga, the original i but now ii movement is andante religiosa that evokes the rhythm of Catholic communion (a sombre steady and arduous experience[trust me I know]). The entire work is supposed to be strict in tempo.
One of my colleagues / teachers ounce gave me great advice: "You should not adjust the music to suit your technique, rather adjust your technique to be able to play the music." - thank you Adrian Walter ;)

Barrios presumably played so fast because there was only a limited amount of recording capacity back then. The 3rd movement is a Allegro solemne, not a presto. There is no need to rush it. Also, there is no obligation to play a piece exactly the same way the composer played it. The whole point of interpretations is to give the piece a personal note.
