FEMME NOIRE is a powerful and personal video. It’s a shout out, a cry for peace, to help women find the strength to face the violence we endure. A cry to see, listen, understand, accept ourselves beyond the sufferings and challenges on our path. The chorus directly addresses all men who want to control, silence, stalk. In the video a soothed Sandra Nkaké is seen through a mirror: her path, her ancestors, the woman, confinement, Africa, the boody, the moon and finally the light and peace.

Cette femme me fait penser à Grace Jones et en même temps à Janelle Monae. Multilingue, belle voix, très visuelle et belle personne. Pour moi elle pourrait chanter un peu plus up tempo.
