And there was a police officer in the room monitoring him at all times. I asked, “what did he do?” And my attending chided me, “we never ask what they did. They are here as our patients, and that is all we need to know.” I then watched the entire medical team move heaven and earth to perform a life saving emergency operation to keep him from dying from sepsis. None of us ever knew what he did, and we didn't want to. He was our patient, and we were there to treat him. It must have been something awful. There were no family members there to claim him. Why did they let the dude in the red shirt come up to him but gave the other ones tickets?
You know why
Because he was a WHITE GUY, that's why. What other reason is there? Smh
And sometimes that's how they get popped, trusting someone that they shouldn't.
@@dinkydoo4994 I just find any other POC being racist to be sooooo ironic. It's sad when Hispanics go around wishing they were white. He should be ashamed of himself for that.
Because he's the Miami Dolphins director of team security and retired Police Officer.
Telling him to keep his window down is not a LAWFUL order it’s a request that can be respectfully declined. He had already relinquished his license to the officer but the officer’s ego was hurt. Civil rights violation coming for this clown.
It takes very little to bruise these cops' egos.
Tyreek isnt a police officer wtf u talking about?
Pretty sure they can't arrest people for being on a public sidewalk or ask for ID if they haven't committed a crime....pure power trip
Not following a lawful order is a crime. He was told to step back and he didn’t. ;)
They can arrest people if they are interfering with a traffic stop like these guys did!
@@kimsloan4652There's no crime for "failing to follow a lawful order in Florida". Issuing a "lawful order" is something police made up. 843.02 makes it a misdemeanor to resist an officer conducting a LAWFUL execution of a legal duty. They don't have carte blanche to tell you what to do. They can't tell you not to walk in the sidewalk or not watch them arrest someone or not record them. I do think Hill violated this law by refusing to keep his window with illegal tints down.
@@PeterDad60 "interfering" is highly debatable in this case. They were on a public street recording several feet away. The cop was simply annoyed but noone was even near him. Many lawsuits have been won situations just like this.
@@PeterDad60watching from a distance is not interfering wtf are you on about
Funny how the cop is standing alone because they all know he messed up and want nothing to do with him
In the old days he'd have been taken out of his car and beaten. And I'm not saying that because of the color of his skin, but simply because of his attitude. Just because you're a celebrity doesn't mean you're entitled to special treatment, which was clearly the case here.
Are you advocating for that?? lol
15:10 Danny not gonna have a job no more 😂😂😂
Donald bohne is that tyrants name
That Cop seemed to be in a REALLY BAD MOOD from initiation😮 seems like he was taking out his frustration on all involved… once you put that uniform on you need to check your personal issues out.
Maybe Tyreek and the others should have just followed instructions instead of continuing to not listen and make the situation worse.
@@bobbycone2 Why not both? And it's logical to hold trained police officers to a higher professional standard.
He found his ole lady doing the dirty to a video of hill 😂
@@bobbycone2maybe the cops should have used there combined 5 brain cells to know that the force they used wasn't necessary and that their egos need to be checked when they work for the public
@@hello855 cops are expected to deal with unpredictable, violent criminals, so I think us citizens likewise have a duty not to unnerve cops like this. The lowering the windows thing seems petty until you understand that cops have been shot during traffic stops through tints because they couldn’t see inside the vehicle. To summarize, Tyreek was being a little baby but unfortunately everyone around him will continue to coddle him as if he did nothing wrong.
If you broke no laws never talk to cops or acknowledge them my opinion
Tyreek Hill acted immature but those cops didn't do any better. That first cop needs to be fired. He has no business being a cop.
No he don’t….he would do this same thing everyday (cop) white or black.Tyreke think he’s above the law.
3:55 police tells the guy to get back many times, then tells him "You wanna be handcuffed ? " .... the guy does not go back but just stays there, a few minutes later he's still standing there. does not comply to any of the orders of the police .... 3 times olice tells him again "get in your car and leave" . does not comply... handcuffed. What do you expect ? Police acted 100% correct. the only reason people are complaining here is because he's some kind of celebrity ...
Lol, "some kind". I had no idea who that shitstain criminal is, and I don't care. He's not a "celebrity" to me. 😂
Me thinks you don't know much!
Found another bootlicker here . Do u take the whole boot ?
It is his first amendment right to stay there and watch the police to make sure no crimes are committed by the police. He can be given a ticket for blocking the roadway (though thats debatable as the roadway is already blocked by the cops) but he cant be handcuffed for just standing there and auditing the police.
@@MadDogPeople I take my comment above back. You are right . He should have been given a ticket for blocking the street and is actually auditing what is going on. and playing no active role in what is going on.
I don’t believe you are legally required to roll your window down.
It’s not a legal requirement, but this shows the officer you’re not a threat.
@@bendous7141 If an officer thinks a person is a threat just because of their appearance, then that person should not work in law enforcement.
The law does say You have to comply with an officer after being pulled over
@@DunkIeosteusyou are required to comply with all LAWFUL commands. There is an argument to be made for both sides in this interaction but I believe the body cam footage shows a clear violation of the fourth amendment in this instance. If you watch the sequence of events again it becomes clear the officers acted out of anger as opposed to feeling unsafe when he was ordered out of the vehicle.
@@trophyscene5015nothing to do with appearance, his tint is dark you can barely see through it
Honestly, Hill shouldn’t have rolled the window up. However, the cops handled everything wrong after that as well. I think both sides could have done better.
Exactly. I always say two people can be wrong at the same time about two different things. This is a case where both handled the situation completely wrong.
It’s completely evident when the suv pulls up in front of tyreek.. that cops on a power trip and tyreek feels entitled
Tyreek Hill obviously doesn’t know rule #1. Never talk back to the police.
Rule #1, follow instructions, even if you are "famous". Don't tell me what to do is setting yourself up for trouble.
He followed all lawful orders
Yeah he definitely didn't need to roll the window all the way down and plus the cop didn't even give him 10 seconds to do so.
he actually did nothing wrong, gave cop DL and told the cop he didnt want to talk to him which is his right. cops should be fired.
A millionaire and still doesn't know how to simply comply to being pulled over for a speeding ticket. Roller your window down, give your license and insurance and KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT! Would've been done and over, he's not above the law period.
He didn’t got to jail so it sure looks like he is above the law 😂
He did roll it down. You don't need to roll it down all the way just enough to to give your license and registration
Glad the police is stopping some actual violent crime
Listen to how he speak..." need proper training and how to speak to someone
That's just what his entitled behind gets. "Stop banging on my window like that"??.....I'm glad that they treated him like any other regular citizen with an attitude
@keithcaldwell9193 so you support police violating everyone's rights. Equal injustice under the law. Seems fair.
@@gregoryhayes9760so you support nfl players beating their pregnant girlfriend, breaking their kids arm, and not obeying any semblance of the law just because of “who they are”. Yep, seems really fair 🤦
no one should be banging on your property that was wrong from the jump
Police missed their opportunity to make this a functional stop. That said, Mr. Hill was being Tyreek, as usual. There is blame to go around to all parties.
Entitled rich boy can do whatever he wants . Cops could have just waited a few more seconds but not good either way.
I bet you these cops also hate Cuba’s authoritarian government 😅
“I’m not playing (in) this game.” Next time let the officer at least do the coin toss. 😂😂
Such a terrible attitude for a public servant indeed. He probably got that job because of the pervasive influence peddling in Miami.
