Does everyone in the media forget Bill let NFL Films follow him and the team around for the entire 2009 season? I know it's not Hard Knocks, but we've all been able to peak behind the curtain before.
IMO, it was better than Hard Knocks, because it followed the whole season and you got to see how the gameplanned and went about their work. Not just singing from rookies and storylines about players who aren't even gonna make the team . (to be clear, I still like Hard Knocks)
I personally only grew as a player through my hard coaches. Coaches are there to make you better. In order to do that they have to put you in some stressful situations. There is something about this experience that I know molded me today

Listen to someone like DJ Shipley talk about his time in ST6 and the leaders he had when he served with that unit, it’s basically Belichick. He also is always looking for ways to cheat within the system in order to gain an advantage, and you know what they say in the military, if you ain’t cheating you aren’t trying. Because it only pays to be a winner.
NFL Films should bring back ‘This is Your Life’ Everyone who likes football would be glued to the TV. Imagine Bill Parcells sitting down and in walks LT, Bavaro, Simms etc one at a time. All you need is a studio, and some plane tickets. Make a whole season and then change the studio set/host for Season 2+ to keep the surprise factor alive. Your welcome. Hard coaching isn’t for everyone. It’s hard to take as an employee and it’s hard for the boss. Being ruthless with people you may like takes a toll.
