I don't know music but I did listen to my fair share of rolling girl and dang I love your arrangement a lot. that frenetic start gets the energy flowing high and well and despite this being only piano it doesn't feel like anything's missing and that thingimajig at 2:10 just makes me happy. makes me wanna pick up piano again even
Hey thank u sm for u comment! My biggest goal and fear honestly was having missing or "empty" pockets rhythmically in the accompaniment, so I'm so glad to hear others see it doesn't! That thing at 2:10 I think I'd call an echo counter melody because it echos the melody that was just sung before that point! One of my fav musical concepts >:) I'm super grateful for ur thoughts, and I hope music finds a happy spot for you sometime soon!
