Other fish are aggressive Eater that's why your arowana doesn't eat food . Try to keep your arowana in some other tank or try to remove albino shark and albino pirana from that tank. Then your arowana will start eating

There's nothing you could do to avoid it, either get aro a new tank or remove the oscar fish. You can only consider adding fishes like oscars when your aro is about 3/4 feet in length, so you know even larger oscars can't do shit to aro in that size.

That's pretty natural, they need to adapt to water changes as well as the new environment. Let it go, it might take couple of days, but they will eat for sure, patience is the key!
