拾ってきた木の実は煮沸したり、オーブンで焼いたりしてから使っています。どんぐりは、高確率で虫がいるので、一度水に浸して浮いてくるものは、捨てて沈んでいるものだけ選び、さらに煮沸すると良いですよ。
