small bikes are fun as hell on the right roads ....on really tight twisty sections a good rider on a small bike much less a damn 300 (those can MOVE!) can often put to shame liter bikes. Not only that but so much more economical! Easier to maintain and man handle than some ponderous heavy bike.
I'm 6ft 2 and I weigh 300 lb and I currently own a Ninja 300. Been riding for 16 years. I started on a ninja 1100 and I've ridden up to 1300 cc's. I absolutely love the Ninja 300!! It is the most fun that I have had since I've been riding. I put a 15-tooth sprocket to make the first gear longer consequently though every gear is a little taller now so it's slightly less torque. I wish we would stop calling the smaller classes, beginner bikes. Powerband on Ninja 300 kicks in over 8,000 RPMs and then that thing just wants to rip for a small bike. That's where the fun is, between 8000 - 13000 RPM. Fun little bike!! The bike is plenty fast for City riding and she does the highway fine. You won't break any sound barriers and you'll have to plan your takeovers when passing. But this bike is absolutely perfect for around town in the city and through twisties. Still faster than most cars. A smaller lighter Rider will have different results. I'm telling you... 300's are fun and still plenty of in-town and highway commuting. If you want to do 100-150 per hour, get a different bike. Great ride and review. Love Ninja! I miss my zx1100.

After riding this one I think they’re both great in their own ways. Pretty different bikes imo but looks wise I actually like the last gen a bit better too
I just wanna say that I love your vids and watch them everyday and they are pretty much the reason that I want to get bikes when I actually become old enough to drive

Kay, how on earth did you feel buying an H2 at 22 years old man. I can't imagine what that must've felt like, purchasing one of the most powerful machines out there on 2 wheels. It's like me buying the 2022 R1 or R1M next year since I am just a year younger than you are 😅and it is my dream bike undoubtedly.

Something interesting, the “logo” is the Japanese/chinese character (modified) for “river.” Not a H2 logo, Kawa, the Kawa in Kawasaki. Kawasaki Heavy Industries used to fly the flag on ships back in the day I think, so cool throwback.

You should still be riding the Ninja 300. You upgraded to a Ninja 636 too fast. You've crashed 3 bikes in a year. Which bike will you be riding, when you get taken out?
That's why everyone should start on a fully modded and tuned litre bike. Especially if you have no self control it's definitely the perfect starter bike!
