Well this is an awesome surprise - Kicks ass. Is it just me or does the vocalist sound a lot like the Dark Funeral vocalist half the time, and the Lord Belial vocalist the other half? That's a compliment by the way....
When Venom created the style and term black metal, it was used to describe the fact that they had completely dark and anti-christian lyrics. I really don't think you want to associate that term with anything dealing with Christianity. Maybe not white or unblack metal, but something else.
So many ignorant folk.. Black Metal does not inherently = satan metal. Black as in dark..forlorn..depressing, morbid, but only sometimes evil. Not all black metal bands are satanists(most aren't), and many bands from the origins of black metal were into folklore and fantasy(Immortal, for instance) and NOT satanism. So no, White Metal is not a good term for this because the music is still black no matter what the subject is.

BM is actually religious. They worship and praise Satan same way Christians worship God. I prefer unblack metal because worshiping evil makes no sense whatsoever
BM is actually anti-religious. It was never "true" satanism. It's a rebellion against christianity (and all other middle eastern religions) It's pretty much paganism and also about philosophy, war, hatred, depression and solitude.. It was never about worshipping Satan, that was all about pissing off christians. You won't find many people in the BM scene who believes in that crap. I should know, I'm norwegian \m/

Venom did not create the style. They coined the term, but it wasn't until Bathory that the style came to fruition. Venom is thrash.
