My dad drove the 1967 Ford Mustang car number 69 that was painted green and black like the number 13. He was known as The Walking Watermelon with a tiny watermelon with feet spitting out seeds. He drove on a pave track which later was bought by Chad Little's family in Idaho. The 13 brought back memories of my childhood.
I can remember going to Winston when I was a teenager. The track then was dry and two cars had a hard time getting side by side. It's so good to see it getting the love she deserves.
@@kevinbozard I work at 3 Local Dirt Tracks In the Niagara Area and it would have been a Complete restart but the Car involved would have been sent tail for the Cause of Yellow.
Same here Fran. I do realize he spun as the caution was waving, but still he should have been considered as part of the caution since he spun at the time of caution.

How did the 13 Get his Spot back after being in the Caution?? Love the 3 Wide starts in the Streets!
Yeah I was wondering the same thing. The 32 spun on lap one and they restarted with him back on the front row.
