Otharri is really cool, nice aggressive use of experience counters alongside a neat way to avoid the commander tax if it ends up getting removed once or twice
If I'm reading it right the Othari math is faster than you said. It's 5 then 9 then 15 and so on because the number of 2/2s for each experience counter.
One nice thing I've noticed about the "For Mirrodin!" equipments is since that making the 2/2 is an ETB effect, you can blink the artifact with Teleportation Circle for a free extra token on every turn cycle. Could be handy, particularly if you're already working with blink effects and ETB triggers in an Elesh Norn deck or something, or if you're going wide with tokens.
Its so nice they create a new commander deck... that i can take apart to make my Isshin deck better :D So many cards for Isshin... its like gold-mine for that deck :D
Goldwardens’ Gambit is a smash. It’s going in all my equipment decks (all 2 lol). I’ve been playing with it proxied in my Osgir equipment deck since it was spoiled and people are already afraid to wrath because 10 power of hasties for 3 or 4 all carrying equipment kills 2 people in one turn.
Really enjoyed the breakdown. Love the For Mirrodin! mechanic. The name doesn't matter since the token would be different if explored elsewhere but its making very lucrative equipment. Wonder what design space that could also offer aura's for an enchantment themed limited environment.
I think Clever Concealment is 2nd only to Teferi's Protection; you only need one untapped creature for it to be the same cost, any more and it's cheaper. It's also less obvious, and lets you pressure your opponents with vigilant creatures.
I think concealment is better overall than protection (will vary on situation). A few reasons why I think this: 1. Because it can be played for 0 cmc it works better as a synergy card for casting your board wipes, 2. It lets you keep your mana-giving you the ability to still interact at the table, 3. You choose what phases out.
Ahhh... Do Wulfgar and Isshin work with Roar of Resistance how I think they do? You can pay for the effect twice? It's like a repeatable Ogre Battledriver. Dang! The extra combat equipment is also kinda crazy.
Otharri seems like a lot of fun. Her ability such a cool way to avoid commander tax too. So far the boros deck is my favorite between the two.
I love how Neyari has a kuldotha phoenix in his art's background

Also Neyali is insane in General Ferrous Rokiric .

Very good tips, thank you Tomer 😀
Definitely picking this up. This seems really fun.

It doesn't protect you and leaves you wide open for attacks. Its terrible

@@DDDHunter So does having your board wiped
Neyali's art looks cool ngl. Reminds me of Vi from Arcane
Staff of story teller is perfect for Kykar decks
Roar of resistance is neat

Yes
So the commander’s second ability is useless if you can’t pay the mana color of the exiled cards?
Otharri is going right in my isshin deck
I made the isshin deck and it's so powerful and othari is 100% a powerful weapon with isshin
do you need to have neyali on the battlefield to still play the exiled cards?
Nope! Just need to attack with a token.
Yes you do, once Neyali is not on the battlefield those exiled cards are in limbo and can't be used until she is back on the battlefield
The grammar on Glimmer Lens gave me a headache
