Epson has printers with pigmented inks. Should work just fine with the film heat transfers. That punch looks strong enough to pop out several layers of cards at once. Especially since the PVC sheets are fairly thin looking.

So I have a regular printer, a blow dryer/blow torch, and I can trace the card out using another same size card. Do you think this is do able?

hassle masyado patay oras at kuryente. naalala ko old style. Buti may Canon G1010 ako nakapag print ako direct print sa PVC. No need convertion. Original canon ink may halong pigment na kaya hindi basta basta ma fade o na tutuklap. Sa mga baguhan wag n yan ganyang old style hehe moderno na tayo. Mura lang g1010 canon 4k lang. Matibay pa latest model matibay cartridge easy to operate at maintenance at free reset pa unlike sa epson peperahan lang kayo ng mga tech gaya ko hehe pero mabait ako maya tinuturo ko sa inyo
So is this essentially 'inkjet PVC'? Does the substrate contain optical brighteners that make it glow under a UV light? If so, then it won't work well for invisbible UV ink security features. What benefit for this method have over using dyesub or retransfer ID card printers with pre-cut 1-layer PVC ID cards?
The ink tank system appears to be much better than the cartridge system ruclips.net/user/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 and a lot cheaper to run. The machine was easy to set up. A small point but I thought they'd be a USB cable included to help with the set up but there was none. I've been using it now for a few weeks and it seems like a good product and superior to my previous printers which were all troublesome HP machines.

I use epson L805 to print on ink pvc card
I bought it 3 Months ago
My device was working fine until now I have a problem with it
my problem is white lines in specifict area on the card with dark color printing
and color highlights in multi-color printing.
I used epson orginal ink and high quality cards
Everything is the same as before, but I faced this challenge
actions that i did:
I searched every words and situations on web
I used head cleaning & nozzle check and everthing was okay
I called to epson support but they didnt answer me because
They told me that this machine is not for printing on cards, only CDs and paper
I completely removed the epson drivers & .... then reinstalled them

After watching this video, I end up in the limbo. So, there is officom PVC CARD sheet and you pill off, printed and folded a PVC film and you also have a printed design. you also have a PVC sheet and PVC ID. What else? I really wonder how many materials you used. I don't see consistency in the use of terminologies referring to the materials used. I know there is PVC card that doesn't need lamination. So, Which one is which???????
