Bhai all explanations is perfectly fine. In my opinion increasing 10% investment per annum doesn’t look feasible since at the end of 19 or 20 year per month investment would be 10.80 lac per month which is really huge.
It will be just 1.35 lakhs...you are miscalculating
Bhai at the 20th year, your investment amount would be 14.6 Lac a year which is roughly 1.22 lac a month! How did you reach 10.8 Lac a month?

Vivekbbhai, Thankyou for making video but personally I can say its happned only on excell sheet. If we see back history market is in consoladation / downtrending for years. Good stocks like Yes Bank, Reliance (ADA), future group , satyam in long term fall down in such dynamic situation only in our hand is to invest in good stocks and preay god for atleast no losses in long term.

Sir even in big IT companies like TCS and Infosys, annual increment is less than 10% even for top performers 😅.
I consider them as retirement companies. Personally I will only join these companies if my pay is close to 35 Lakh per annum where even a jump of 4-7% will be a big amount
