Yoasobi is their group name, ayase is the composer guy and the singer is ikura, they pretty much work hand in hand and often post individual works on the yoasobi channel.
If the graphic style is familiar, I thinks it because it's very similar to the ad for the Pokémon TCG. The Pokémon battles especialy have this feel (also the song is a promo for a Scarlet and Violet 1 years anniversary novel)
I did some Googling after recording this and apparently there was a novel written about Anna (the player) and Nemona and this song/video is about that.
