This is such a great video workout. I love exercises like the one you are doing 8:27 where you are singing a longer exercise using one breath. I am working on my onset singing 'th' with my tongue poking through my teeth. I am starting my breath out before I start singing. This is to reduce scooping when I sing and reduce tongue tension.
Happy to find you when I went looking for vocal exercises for mature voices. I'm 72, choral singing for the past 30 years, and along the way have left behind my high B-flat, A, A-flat, G, F, oh dear, I don't want to lose my E. Or D. During summer especially, when my chorale's not in session and my only singing is bari in a women's barbershop group (I call it my "hot chocolate" range). I'm trying all your exercises and doing some every day. Thank you!

@@VocalWarmupsWithKathleen Yes! That's the first one I found and I do it first, followed by one of your others. (I should add I've sung first alto since junior high chorus, and my chorale director often lumps together the S2s and A1s as "the middle voices" depending on the divisi, but I am no longer capable of the S2 range, so I do what I can and not what I can't!)
Love all of your videos and watch at least two of them daily. Have you done a video on vowel and other replacements? Such as 'my' is pronounced 'mah - ee' and 'boy' is 'boh-ee' etc.
Hmmm I'm not sure any of them break down diphthongs, but I can add that to the list. You’re literally my go to for all my warm ups!! I’m working on Hold My Hand by Gaga and my delivery has gotten so much better and the strength in hitting the notes has really improved. ❤❤❤
Love love your videos! I’m getting ready to try out for a Chorus and I haven’t utilized my voice for singing for close to 15-20 yrs! Your utube videos are helping regenerate my long lost voice! Thank you!
