This was awesome! Thank you! I’m working through my break, and I like the order of this warm up. Each following exercise seemed to stretch and relax the muscles from the previous exercise! Excellent for people like me who start feeling weird when they feel something uncomfortable from what they just sang. These exercises promote the right kind of vocal shapes at the mouth needs to make, again thank you!

Your vocal exercises help me not only keep up with practices but are also fun, and you are very expressive too! If you're ok with requests or suggestions I would really appreciate a gentle tune-up or reconditioning exercise for a singer or voice actor who hasn't practiced for a while or may have slaked off- (no one in particular😅) It would also help to have a video guide suggesting where to start with your exercises since there so many to try. Sure thing! Any semi-occluded exercise will work - you can sing on a vvv or zzz or zjhhh, or you can hum or roll your tongue - but keep working on practicing that lip trip as well! =)
I hear so much conflicting information about wether there is a difference between exercises and warm ups? I often hear them used interchangeably. How long should I be doing each of them daily to see improvement? I’d appreciate any info you have for me! Thanks!
Great question. In my earliest videos, I separated the terminology, but I find that there is so much overlap that it's a gray area. For me it's more of a mindset - when I'm warming up, I'm just trying to get things going and functioning well, but when I'm doing exercises, I'm working on skill building. AND sometimes I'll use the same exercises on either side of that line.

It's totally up to you! Some people sing all day, and some 30 minutes every other day. If you can do a little bit every day, it will help.
