I just started my own company. Been detailing at dealerships for years. Thanks for this
I'd say that this was the best consumer model for use on a car. this is the one I'd buy :) Good demo. I'd also vacuum once dry to remove any remaining residue and to have the fibres standing up
I love this little machine. I just wished I bought it sooner. The final vacuum is a good idea. I tend to use a microfiber towel at the end to brush/flush the fibers back up.
My friend has been pleased with this vacuum. I put it together and other than one of the wheels coming back out(which I had a bit of difficulty with) ruclips.net/user/postUgkxnBiz5H40H0BTcRcPDEHZkcV2smSjfUD0 it was easy to assemble. It's worked well and the large size has been handy for vacuuming up sawdust around my friend's tablesaw. The wheels and handle make it simple to move around, so the bulky size isn't overly a negative, unless you're lacking on space. It has a bag that can be used to collect the dust, though it doesn't have to be used. It works perfectly great without it and it is an added expense when replacing the bag. If vacumming water, just leave it out. It comes with various attachments, which are handy. A durable bag attaches to the handle to hold them and I love this feature. It has good power and it's a nice option for a shop vac.
I saw a huge difference before pulling the 50/50! I will definitely be buying this to start my detailing business. This should perform great untill I can get something a little more professional
This is perfect for someone just starting out. It's proven itself time and time again.
Even Ammo NYC uses these
Can you or someone help me out? I want to order one, but when I look up spot clean pro. There’s 2, one with “spot clean pro” on the vacuum, and one with “spot clean professional” is there a difference? They are different colours aswell?
How is your business going? Starting up myself and ordering this week! Definitely don’t need a professional grade extractor, this seems fine.
😁😁😁
The Spot Clean professional is the only portable machine that can handle solutions made for upright carpet cleaner/extractors. As per communication with Bissell
The bissel little green proheat I found to be much better, it heats, but I upgraded to the bissel pro heat lift off that’s probably the best of all. I have all 3, they work well.
I have an older bissell little green pro heat machine. I decided to purchase the spot clean pro. I liked the look of the unit, but when I turned it on wow I was shocked by how loud it is.
Wow that car seat comparison 😳! Incredible!
Amazing results, I just bought one of these, after watching this I’m glad I did now, looking forward to using it for the first time!!.
That’s awesome! Let me know how ya like it
How it go?
I got one last Black Friday and its so perfect for the car. I had a sick cat last week that had a little accident in our bedroom and the Bissel sorted that in a few minutes.
God bless everyone have a great day be safe
A great tool to work with also to do this would be a power tool with a brush attachment so you can really aggressively scrub the seats prior to vacuuming. Good vid!
Buy one of the brush attachments for a drill and use your drill to scrub the carpets/fabric instead of scrubbing with the brush that comes with the Bissell SpotClean Pro! A great option and doesn’t cost much!
@@lottatroublemaker6130 that's what he said lol
Pro tip. Used to clean carpets an upholstery for a living. If you use one of these home models do be sure to use less detergent than they recommend. You might ask why?
The job of a detergent is to attract the dirt and these machines are nowhere comparable to the horsepower of a truck mounted system. By leaving behind detergent you'll do just the opposite. Attract dirt. Makes sense right? But if you do use the recommended amount make sure you go over it and rinse and vacuum twice.
This goes for The rug Doctor for carpets that one can rent for home use. Use half of the recommended detergent.
Good luck.
Could you tell me what is that water cleaning thing called? At 6:15.
I order a vaccum cleaner for my car but I think this is what I needed instead.
@@garrysingh3337
A wand. Be sure to use the hottest water you can as most of these machines don't have heaters for the water. I have a Bissell and I have to use hot tap water.
@@rxonmymind8362 thanks for immediate response but I still didn’t get you. A wand is what I need to buy? Will that works with my vaccum/blower?
I love this machine I had one and returned it and now I regret it because now I have to buy it again for detailing 😂🤣
I love it bro. Pays for itself after a few jobs. Can't beat the price and the warranty. Wish the tanks were a bit bigger and there was a water heater on board but can't have it all eh 🤷🏻♂️
@@TheCarDetailingChannel oh man if they added the water heater man that’ll be even more deadly
Just bought one a few weeks ago.
For consumers a really good choice!
If I may make a respectful suggestion - I too am a watch guy but while I'm working the rides - absolutely no jewelry. That includes a detailers apron which also covers my belt buckle. Just a suggestion to protect the vehicle AND your nice watch.
...and btw...nice work on the crappy interior.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm very conscious of my watch when working on cars. I usually only keep it on to track my steps 😆
Yeah screw scratching my date just.
Fantastic video. Very informative and to the point. Looking forward to getting one of these myself.
Great video. I really enjoyed your detailed description from start to finish. I'll be looking at buying one very soon and will use it on a 2003 subaru forester interior.
nice. thought about upgrading my spotclean...but Amazon pricing (right now)is ridiculous compared to stores. 240 vs. 160
Wow that's a huge difference. I'd say buy it from whoever currently has the best price. I'm an Amazon shopper only for the convenience.
Someone tell me what store is 160 lol
I have this unit as well...it works great for my car detailing business
I find it loud when using for long periods so i just put my headbuds in my ears and it cuts out the sound by more then half.(soundcore liberty 2 buds)
Me too. I use my noise canceling headphones while detailing unless I’m filming
I have the Little Green Portable Spot and Stain Cleaner; I can go over the seat 20 times in the same spot and later on the stain still comes back.
Thanks for the info, Im thinking of getting this machine. Im currently using a Bissell Big Green for car detailing, total hack style! Good review!
Best extractor for somebody that wants to maintain their own car clean. But not good for cleaning a car that hasn’t been cleaned in more that 10 years like we usually get in auto detailing. Good review 👍🏼
Not true. Ive seen some really dirty cars being cleaned with these and the results are good
@@stardog2779 ⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹⁹[
Do more than 1 pass using the hot water to properly flush all the product out of the seats
I typically go over everything once or twice. For me it depends on how much chemical I use at the start. Some heavier soiled areas require me to use a lot of chemical and in those areas, ill go over the spot 3 to 4 times before the water starts to run clear.
Thank you very much for making this video it's very informative and now I can clean my car seats and I know what machine will work. Thanks again.
Well I’m buying this because of this video. I got two trucks that need detailing, i figure I’ll save the money and buy the machine to do myself!!!
Nice! Thank you for the demonstration.
You bet!
im glad you made a video like this, i normally troll but you were informative as a non bias user and i respect that
Wow this did it for me, i was going to invest into a rip clean extractor kit but honestly dont wan to spend too much, spot clean pro it is, thanks!
I just got one from khols. The front tank is dirty when I unboxed mines. I got it as a new unit for 159.99. Not sure how everything looks new but the front tank. It even has water spots and dirt build up in the seams. Nowhere on the site said I was getting a used item. I’m going back tomorrow for a return/exchange.
You did a great job my guy with that. This video does show really good before/afters.
thank you
@@TheCarDetailingChannel yeah, you’re welcome

I would suggest you to wipe it down with a micro fiber rug at the end , that would make it look cleaner .
Get a brush bit for your drill and do a few passes while cleaner is soaking and then suck up.
I like that the sample size they include says it isn't for portable machines.
I use a shop vac with a clear upholstry nozzle to see what comes out, the biggest misatke i see is no one use clean water to rinse out the chemical they just used, i take a cup of hot water and pour it slowly as i suck it out and you can see the soap coming up with the water, reason for doing is because the soap leaves a residue and make dirt stick back to it, yes this does a little longer to dry but it help get all the cleaner out
Just can't say enough about this cleaner it is worth it the cost of keeping a clean home with steam cleaner companies this is affordable light small stores easy and cleans sososo good I owne pets and it is most definitely a bissle pet lover machine
These machines are good but with one big downfall. The hose will split where it connects to the nozzle. If they would just make the hose 1 or 2 inches longer there wouldn't be so much strain right on that spot and hose might last longer. Mine split within 3 months of owning it. Good thing Costco refunded me.
Just got this, can’t wait to use it
Lol I looked up best cheapest carpet extractor for cars and a website listed 5 that were over $800. Then found this thanks
🌿 thank you for your demo. This was super helpful.
You're welcome Abby! I love this machine. So many uses around the house and car especially if you gave pets or kids. Thanks for watching.
Just pick one up second hand, thing is a beast
I got the pet pro version. Also came with a hydrorinse adapter and its great to clean the hose.
Essentially the petpro version has a minute amount more power.
Cleaned my 5th wheel carpets and it was awesome.
Bissel has put out so many good machines over the last several years
Just an FYI for others out there with a Bissell spot clean, you can get the hydrorinse adapter through Bissell for about $19.00 cad. Also works on the little spot clean models.
@@JK-zz4ip canadian models comes with extra stuff the US models don't get. Canadian has blue and US gets red. The hydrorinese comes with the Canadian model and few extra bottles of trial size cleaners US doesn't
How much power does your pet pro have?
Very impressive demo video, thks for the help, regards from Portugal
How do you get the top off of the dirty water tank
You remove the waste tank and move the handle all the way to back of the waste tank. It's gonna take some effort to move the handle over the top, its almost as if the handle collides with the top of the waste tank. Weird design. Hopefully that helps.
What’s the name of ten vacuum so I can buy it
Bro you legit sold me on this going to the store to see if I can find it now
Update: I bought one and started detailing cars now lol
Is it still working well?
That’s impressive. That’s for the vid.
Great video mate I just ordered one
What’s the red liquid you spriest on the seat
Meguiars super degreaser
I just ordered mine for about 150 from the bissell website I can’t wait to get it 🎉
Great Video !💪👍Very informative!
I got the proheat pet not knowing it has like half the suction. Great reviews otherwise. Idk I have a little buyers remorse. I already used it so I gotta lay in the bed i made
Great video Thanks mate
You’re welcome Thomas! Thanks for watching
@@TheCarDetailingChannel i already ordered :-) can wait for it :-) can play with it its like toy :-)
Cool vid bro
Thank you!
Thanks for that! I was curious abt the rotating handle thing but figured out after watching ur video that it’s basically to wrap the cord. Thanks again.
I need this because I tend to sweat and get in my car after the gym which causes my seat to smell. I try to put a towel down before I get in but that doesn't help
This will be perfect for you. Use it once a month to keep your seats fresh
Waterproof your seats.
My son had the same issue until I waterproofed his seats.
Clean the seats good before waterproofing them.
@@TheCarDetailingChannel isnt it too expensive for personal use? Any cheaper option for this water aided cleaning?
Great Video!! Question: What is the difference between the orange top you have professional, vs the one on the USA link that is basically all black, with no orange accents..... Thanks
There is no difference as far as I can tell other than cosmetic differences. Both machines feature the exact same specs. I've noticed that Bissel likes to change up the colors of their machines depending on which market they're selling in.
Thanks for the review
06:30 I don't think you suppose to press the trigger. You suppose to release the trigger to let the tool suck the water out. Am i understand it wrong?
But the name is not as cool as the *Little Green Clean Machine* ❗️❗️❗️☺️ I used to have the LGCM, but never got it back from a coworker who borrowed it. I have missed it for a long time, but now I bought this, can’t wait to try it! I hope I get both these attachments too, but not entirely sure I will though…
Do you think Simple Green would be an adequate product to use in this? I absolutely love the smell and it cleans quick.
Do you know if Bessel made improvements to the hose as many stated the hose breaks easily in other reviews.

Why no one talks about the Karcher puzzi??
Is the super degreaser full strength?
10:1
Berapa ☝️ harganya....apakah di Indonesia ada... ☝️🤔
Thank you I'm buying this
Can it be use as a vacuum with out the wet función?
No
Great video! I recently bought an extractor and want to clean the interior. However, I read about Meguiar's super degreaser that it is only suitable for exterior use. Have you ever had problems with the interior after using this degreaser? I also read that the smell is very strong and unpleasant
I’ve been using Meguiars Super Degreaser for years on interiors without issues but i still always test in small spots first for interiors I’m not familiar with. It works great at the right dilution ratios. For interiors, I don’t use it stronger than 1:10 otherwise it does indeed smell too strong.
@@TheCarDetailingChannel Alright, thanks!
Nice vid! btw what should i get for cars and sofa, Bissell clean pro or Bissell clean pro heat? ty.
I'm sold 🥰
Meguiar's product reference is a motor Degreaser, is that correct?
Meguiars Super Degreaser is a multipurpose degress that is super strong. I use it for everything from engine bays, tires, wheels wells, and sometimes interiors. It's highly diluteable and for interiors, I usually dilute it 10:1.
@@TheCarDetailingChannel Thank !
@@DavidH.68 No problem David! Thanks for watching
Ritello system r2 is the best!
Please is it the same machine you used to vacuum at the binging or you have to use another machine? Please thanks for your videos
Wow, thanks for the video! Do you know if I can use Meguiar's degreaser with the Bissell SpotClean Pet Pro 2458?
Super Degreaser can be used with any extractor due to its low foaming characteristic
@@TheCarDetailingChannel Thank you!
Great video thanks you
Looks good.
Thank you!
How many times did you have to refill to do one seat.
Or have you tried extracting the seats and carpet of the car?
You should make a video of that how many times you have to refill to extract seats and carpet of a car.
I can do both front seats with one tank of water. For a car that has cloth seats, i have to fill the tank about 4 to 5 times. That's the biggest downside of this machine.
@@TheCarDetailingChannel yea that's what I thought. It gives really good results though.
You should have invited The Detail Geek to help you with this promotion.
Witch one is better ? This one or the little pro heat?
This one is better
Seems to me the work of spraying with the bottle and using the brush manually is doing the cleaning…. Couldn’t you just use a wet/dry shopvac to extract the water at that point?
I like using the machine over a wet/dry vac because i use fresh water in the tank to rinse and pull the left over dirt/degreaser out the material
Amazing🙂
You should make a video on a hoover!!!
what liquid do you use for the seats?
When I use this extractor on black seats I get white stains left in some spots once it dries, do you know why?
Do you use any detergent in clean water tank?
Hi, would you still recommend the Little Green in case the model you used isnt available?
Yes, that one will work fine. I used that machine for a year before getting this one. Just more trips to empty waste water tank and refill clean water. Also it will take slightly long for carpet to dry
@@TheCarDetailingChannel nice, thanks man!
Is it a vacuum cleaner too
No
I thought about buying this....ended up just going with a spray bottle with cleaner, a drill with the brush attachment, and a extractor tool for my rigid vac, how well does this work ? Does it get hot enough?;
This doesn't get hot at all. There's no built in water heater on this unit. I pour in hot water from the top. The method you're using is what I used for years to clean carpets expect I had a different brand wet/dry vacuum.
@@TheCarDetailingChannel in your opinion what do you think works better?
Dooode get a drill brush makes it so much faster and easier. Time is money
Great video!! Does this extractor come with a mini vacuum or do I need to buy one separately ?
Gracias por esta Review, la verdad veo que dicen que tiene muy mala la manguera, pero todo es de tener cuidado al utilizar
I'm thinking of getting one to detail my car, ever since I left the window down a little on a rainy day. Now there's sand on the seats I need to clean. Not sure if I should get one or just pay someone to clean it for me, if I clean my car often then it's worth buying it but for someone who doesn't clean their car very often, I'll just pay someone to clean it. Decisions decisions, what to do?
Would you say that this machine is better than the proheat one?
It's better in every way. Larger tanks, longer hose, more suction, and longer power cord. The proheat one still requires you to put hot water into it, the machine is just maintaining the hot water for you. I always end up using up the clean water tank way before the water cools anyway so I don't miss that feature at all.
What did you use to protect the seats and floor mats
You can use Stain guard, i in uk used to sell stain guard made of gardx. I think you can order them from their website. If you out of uk i can help you ordering and post it to your country for a little fee. I also can help by ordering item from uk to other countries. Everything can be done using ebay (global shipping programme) few dollars in a pocket allways help. Doing sales since 2011 trusted seller. Hit me up if need any help
So this is an entry vacuum for detailing. What professional vacuum/extractor do you suggest? For under $500.00
If you're just starting out and only doing 1 or 2 cars per week, start with this machine for the first few months. There are 2 entry level pro machine's that come to mind. AquaPro Vac $500 before tax ( like Chartreuse mentioned) and the Mytee S-300H $785. Both are commercial grade and both have excellent reputations; especially the Mytee
How do you disassemble the head? I don't mean remove the head from hose, but rather remove the clear plastic part for a more thorough rinsing?
Please does it provide hot or cold water?
perfect!
Thank you!
She's a good extractor for someone getting into detailing.. However it's now way a replacement for a professional extractor.. When you get to doing two or three full interior a day there is just no way the Bissell can perform
Oh absolutely. Certainly far from a commercial grade product. I would say this would be good for about 2 to 3 details a week. For a professional detailer that is trying to be productive, this machine can really hinder your speed when you have to empty the tank multiple times per car. Good, cheap little unit for someone starting out or for a weekend warrior
So what professional extractor do your recommend for someone that does 1-2 details a day?
@@soufwest7131 karcher puzzi

Is this the strongest out of all their portable modules?

Yes it can. It works great inside the house
