- Uluru's dormant waterfalls have been brought to life thanks to recent rainfall in the region. 14 millimetres of rain at Yulara- the tourist township close to Uluru. It was almost the coldest June day on record on Wednesday 1 June with 10.7 degrees. The coldest June day on record was 9.4.

What has always got me about the rock. All the rain that flows of it. Some gets captured in natural basins.
Only a semi Permanent source of water.
In 20 to 40,000 years of habitation no one has thought to build a dam or raise the banks -
