- This is the track that appears on the DJ mix album called Disco Death Race 2000 which was released in 1996 by Keoki.
It is his own mix of a previously released track of the same name or simply "Speed", depending on which release you are listening to, by Alpha Team.

Part of this tune was played in a promo for Speed Racer on the Cartoon Network back in the mid 90's. It's taken this long for me to find it. Well worth it.
This takes me back to 1996-1997 in HS hanging with my friends smoking lots of weed. Man great times!!

Omg ....dude... I sae this live and I was swinging upside down off the dj barrier gate lol... it was literally amazing... I remember every time it goes "everybody get down" our fucced up asses would Crack up I'd walk up to my ex who couldn't get out of his chair (at our house) and I'd come up close and go "everybody get down" and his eyes would just roll back and he'd squeal lmao... wake up the next day feathers and tiny balled up pieces of toilet paper everywhere... we were going TOO HARD LOL

Keoki DID NOT perform this song. The band that performed this song was called Alpha Team. It was released in 1992. This is the "Dirty Mix". Keoki included this on his mix album and thats why he's usually credited with it.

I always wonder why people chime in when they think something sucks. No one forced you to listen or watch so why? This world is so full of people who just want to hate. Always ready to argue or fight. Never willing to compromise or make friends. I didn't put these songs up so haters could bitch about them, I did it for those who enjoyed this disc as much as I did. If you don't like it then crawl back in your hole of self pity and cry to someone who cares.
