Welcome to my side of internet😂❤️ No, I don’t exfoliate every shower or else my skin would be raw lol. I typically stick to 2-3 times a week. As for the body polish, I don’t use it each shower either; the beads are light enough to do so though. I’ve used the polish back to back without feeling like I’ve over-exfoliated.

You may like the bar soap. Castile soap is naturally stripping so it tends to dry the skin out
