- This is the MOST DELICIOUS recipe I’ve ever eaten! Eggless Dairy free! Everyone can make this easy vegan recipe at home!

🥣Ingredients:
250g | 2 cups raw cashews
2tbsp nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp salt
zest of 1 lemon
120ml | 1/2 cup water
juice of 1 lemon
2tbsp oil
3tbsp fresh dill
🥣Method:
Place 250g | 2 cups raw cashews in a bowl.
Pour hot water and soak for 1 hour.
Transfer soaked cashews to a food processor.
Add 2tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 garlic clove, 1/2tsp garlic powder, 1/2tsp salt and zest of 1 lemon.
Pour 120ml | 1/2 cup water, juice of 1 lemon and 2tbsp oil.
Process until very creamy and smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Scoop all cheese over the cheesecloth. Twist the top gently to form a disc. Secure with a rubber band.
Transfer to the fridge for at least 6 hours (preferably for 12 hours).
Unwrap from cheesecloth and invert onto serving platter.
Coat with 3tbsp chopped fresh dill and lemon zest.
Enjoy ! 😊💕

If u can mix , desiccated fresh coconut, to the paste made by soaked cashews, with honey or any sweetening agent of your choice, with some dry fruits in it, let it set, u can get a sweet version of it too 😊

Nice idea but as vegans we don’t use honey but you can get a sweet rice syrup as a sweetener

Это пищевые дрожжи, ооочень вкусные. Добавляют для придания сливочного вкуса. Я, например, всегда их добавляю в супы или крем супы., куда угодно. Думаю, сейчас в Украине сложно будет найти, но может быть есть какие то отделы здорового питания, там они как правило должны быть🤗

Диетические дрожжи (пищевые дрожжи, дрожжевые хлопья) - деактивированные тепловой обработкой, но не разрушенные дрожжи, с высоким содержанием белка и витаминов (особенно группы B). Используются, как правило, в диетической (санаторно-профилакторской(медицинско-диетической)), веганской и вегетарианской кухне - как приправа для салатов и других блюд. Не следует путать их с обычными дрожжами, используемыми в выпечке.
Пищевые дрожжи продаются в виде хлопьев или порошка в магазинах здорового питания в Европе и Северной Америке, и особенно популярны у веганов. Для придания блюдам «сырного» вкуса или густой консистенции пищевые дрожжи добавляют в веганские версии пиццы и омлетов, супы, соусы и запеканки, посыпают ими вместо пармезана спагетти.
В Украине можно купить пищевые дрожжи в интернете и в магазинах здорового питания.
