We need more heroes like Bryan in the aviation community. Someone who willingly hitches a ride with a crow to break into the FAA headquarters and acquire evidence that otherwise would not be brought to the FAA’s attention. I applaud you Bryan. I also applaud your attention to detail in presenting the actual footage of Trent’s Freedom Fox along with his photos. This is overwhelming support that truly causes me to tear up with respect.
“Crows just aren’t that fast and that’s not a good measure of how to get anywhere” “Named after the tribe that discovered tip tanks” 😂😂😂😂 had me rolling
That was a good one! I actually have a friend that landed his SuperCub on a reservoir to do a little fishing. When the Sheriff’s department showed up and told him that it was closed to airplanes he said well I declared an emergency, and showed them an oil leak and said he was losing oil pressure so he needed to land and put some more oil in it, which he did and then took off. 😁
Didn’t make the Trent / Arnold “Palmer” connection before but that helps explain why Trent yells “fore” instead of “clear prop” on engine starts. Your videos always put a smile on my face. Thanks.
Good luck trying to sue any guv'mint agency, let alone the FAA! That's one of the big problems with getting crosswise with, and being screwed by, a Federal agency. They have legal immunity, and you have no recourse for very expensive legal defense costs. As the late Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) said after he was acquitted on politically motivated criminal charges, "So now, how do I get my reputation back?"
When was Trent's landing that got him in trouble? Cause I think California declared an emergency for the Coronavirus pandemic, so that should cover him, too.
Bryan thank you for always being the voice of reason. The FAA is gonna be so pissed that you put in the man hours and did research to find that loop hole. You're a hero!
That look you give, when your sarcasm is so advanced that people think you really are that stupid. I love it! You knocked another one outta the park Brian.
The "...Emerson Lake...and Palmer..." bit slayed me! Literally laughed out loud. Just so cleverly delivered. You got yourself a like and subscribe from that one!
Bryan, you are truly an inspired individual. You’ve truly set a new bar in aviation reporting. We can only imagine the benefit to the aviation community if other aviation reporters will legitimately try to outdo your successful raid of the FAAs office… *cough Dan G….
One of your best. Always fascinated by your ability to expose the humorous underbelly of just about any normal situation. Equally amazed by those incapable of recognizing your wit and sarcasm. With that, I hope for you that you are not reported for those suspicious acts you admitted to in your presentation.
Well, according to his video, they haven't actually enforced it yet, and I'm hoping that they'll see the reasoning behind all of this and drop the whole thing completely.

"I declare bankruptcy" - Michael Scott 'I declare an emergency' - Every pilot before....go arounds? landing?, Well just declare one before taxiing out just to be safe.
Thanks for declaring that emergency, Bryan! I've always wanted to fly my paramotor into a Bravo at night - I'm gearing up to fly into KBOS on it right now! This is gonna be friggin GRREAT! Wish me luck! 😜
I flew with a Flight Engineer that always followed the landing checklist complete with. At this juncture I recommend a go around, just so it was on the voice recorder.
Back in the day at Continental, we had a DC-10 second officer who after each reading of the "before descent checklist" would mutter, "Doesn't look right to me". It irritated the captain enough that finally after the third time it happened, he said, "What doesn't look right to you?" The S/O replied, "Oh nothing, Skipper, I just wanted to get it on the tape." 😁🐻
50 seconds in and I’m already 💀. As soon as you clipped Chris I almost fell over🤣🤣 at first for some crazy reason I started the video thinking you were doing a serious video.
BrYan, a serious video? I think I've seen three serious videos out of him, a couple in the Comanche, when he had the alternator/generator issue, and one flying back with Martin Pauly and doing some instrument work.
What the grainy footage struggled to show was that the final pass was a ‘knife edge’ with ‘smoke trail’ (as required for the third inspection pass 🙌) 🤣subbed!
Lol hilarious - at first I thought you were serious. That said it's completely crazy what the judge found in this case. Good Luck to Trent winning his appeal.
I am the new owner of the FAA (bought it off a Nigerian Prince last week) and I would like to offer you the position of "Grand Inquisitor". The position pays $50 million annually and payment will come in the form of a third party check drawn on a local bank we think. We require you work 60 hrs a week and send "Mrs. K" in HR a money order for $5,000 to cover handling fees for your check as is customary. You will have a great office and staff of course but the groundskeeper was recently let go so you will be responsible for upkeep of the grounds. We suggest you give Trent Palmer and all other pilots who do crazy "inspection passes" community service and have them take care of it. Actually, the building needs janitorial staff too so maybe any and all frivolous "go-arounders" can be tasked with that. Congratulations on your new position!!
