I actually really like Durden and Sterling as underdogs this weekend. Van is an absolute beast of a striker and has great heart to go with it. He hasn't really showed me anything that makes me believe he'll be able to counter Durdens wrestling/grappling though. The man gets hurt bad in pretty much every fight he's in as well. I'll never count Van out of a fight, but Durden seems like he should be the favorite in this matchup. I'm having a hard time seeing Evloev as a big favorite over Sterling as well. I’d totally agree with you if I was sure Durden was going to go out there and wrestle. He seems to think he’s a striker now. Watch his last two fights again. Gone are the days of Durden putting up record DFS numbers by hitting 13 takedowns. I think he goes out there and strikes and it costs him. As for Aljo, I don’t think he’s on a decline and he’s legitimately a champion tier fighter going against a guy who is very good but has narrowly skated by in many of his recent wins. I’m with you on the Gorimbo pick. I just feel like people are counting him out low key and not realizing that Luque is not himself anymore. I think momentum is gonna be key in this fight and Gorimbo’s grappling/power.
Anders should be legally required to test Weidman's leg constantly. Man, every card there is at least one fighter that refuses to use their best weapon or attack their opponent's biggest weakness:(

There's something strange here, Evloev loses to Allen if those knees to a "grounded opponent" are allowed and Sterling won a championship by receiving an illegal knee, could see Sterling landing a knee/kick to the head that is only recently allowed. Is that irony, I don't know literary devices?

Gary took the shavkat fight cuz it’s a no brainer. Win over Buckley means nothing. A loss would be brutal. automatic title shot & a bump in pay. Loss to shavkat is not bad
