I am coming from The same place.. I used to n still questionNg god for making me like this... People break me, they shatter me emotionally.I get affected.. I cry to death.. I m not strong.. People call me weak... . I am also with flaws but i don't intend to hurt people.. May b i hv done some bad karmas in This life n in past life in ignorance ....but i seek. Akalpuraks forgiveness for everything bad i did in my past n present. I M 30 yrs of age n gone through emotional breakdowns in my life again n again.... Still going through and cannot get through....
I wish i could just let go my pain eaSily like other indifferent people do....

My question is how to identify beggars when they approach you..kahi vaari hunda hai ki kuch mangan waale nashe karde hai..
As a Sikh many times it happens people approach as they expect from Sikh
how to identify if he is needy or alcoholic..
mann vich hamesha eh confusion ho jaandi hai ki usnu kuch dayi ki na..while travelling to the office or other places..
