Even as a kid, I thought the shoes which were designed for dancing in the first place, namely for tap and ballet, were the most memorable shoes during this insert. Even today, they stand out the most.
I pictured Kadeem Hardison in the grey and yellow high-tops, The Count as the tap dancer and a grandma in the Chuck Taylors!! My mum and I always laughed so hard at the woolen slippers as we had similar pairs! Thanks for the memories 🤗
I’m gonna look into that later because no source was provided with it. Plus I find that to be a little odd because the ballet dancer (like everyone else in this segment) has dark brown skin and she has a much lighter shade.

For a long time, I thought the tap dancer wore a tuxedo, not a casual gray jacket with slightly rolled up sleeves. The tap dancing feet I thought were the creepiest, not only because they're so formal looking compared to the other shoes, but also they're the only ones that make sound.
