    Hi.
    Looks great to see catching big cods.
    I live in south London.
    I am planning to go fishing to the northeast.
    Could you tell me which harbour you did, fish?

      @@yusikchoi5887 Google search Codhead Bob, he goes into some marks on this side of the forth. Most importantly, which conditions to fish them in

      @yusikchoi ^ I just the North east is also Northumberland and the Newcastle regions in England ..This is Scotland much further North out by the iconic "Forth Railway Bridge" and other two bridges which sits in between Edinburgh and the Lothians and Fife shire
      Fife being the North side of the Bridge/s , where im positive them guys are fishing from .

    good fishing lads, was wondering if you have ever dropped fish with the dongle rig ? i used it on the white pier a few year back and dropped a fish between 6/8lb came off on the way in , had one a 6lb and 3lb the casts before hooked perfect in the corner

      @dongle_dangler  5 дней назад +1

      @@ianwaddell3282 yeah we’ve dropped a couple this season on the retrieve. Can’t say if it’s more or less than with other hook patterns. I’ll stick to large circles though as they seem to lip hook the smaller fish and make a safe release pretty much guaranteed.

      @@dongle_dangler i was using ordinary snell knot on mine ,not sure if the perfection loop makes any difference or is better

    • @dongle_dangler
      @dongle_dangler  5 дней назад +1

      @ my catches increased since moving to the perfection loop, but I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence, too soon to tell
