I love this video, and you are right. The delivery from both actors is spot on. Having said that, the comic book nerd in me knows that is Superman were even remotely close to the kryptonite green tea, the pickles, or even the innocent rock, Superman would already be losing his strength and possibly dying. It’s a small thing I know, but it irks me. Batman firing Aquaman is still the best.
Tbf, you could interpret it that Superman is affected and is putting on a poker face in front of Bruce. Playing mind games with the smartest man on the team.
They definitely should have played on the kryptonite part. I mean super badass taken down by a green glowing stone? That should have been key 🔑

*eyeroll* Newsflash, nerd: Different script writers have handled it differently in comicbooks, animated shows, movies... Kryptonite does whatever the plot requires. But Superman doesn't die from being vaguely near Kryptonite. He dies if you shoot him fatally with a Kryptonite bullet. Touching it will pain him. But Justice League Unlimited has enough instances of Lex Luthor waving some Kryptonite around in Superman's vicinity and nothing much happens, unless he directly punches Superman with Kryptonize knuckledusters.

It depends on how you want to look at it. In most cartoons, and comics, it's implied Batman is the leader because he funds most of the Justice League himself. Therefore, that makes him the leader by default. That and he knows all their weaknesses to use against them if he has to. But in terms of power set, you're right. Superman should be the leader because he's the strongest. I think the way this sketch was done was hilarious even if you never saw the Badman parody videos with Pete Holmes.
Batman has the money.
He is the one that makes sure everything is kept up and working.
