5in Offset Snorkel - Mod Mafia

Our 5" offset snorkel is made from TIG welded aluminum and supports a Syclone Precleaner on top. The Syclone ejects debris out by the cyclonic-like force created inside the dome from the rotor. It's this force of spinning the debris that pushes them out the ejection slit. No need to empty a dust trap, or turn your snorkel to the side in rain, snow or heavy dust.
Extends filter life by pre-cleaning the air coming into to your snorkel. Proven to extend filter life 6 times on deployed Humvee's.
The Offset is nice so that passenger view is less obstructed.
We are two engineers with H1 Hummers that want to keep the innovation and development of the Hummer and HMMWV platform continually evolving in the aftermarket. We use the truck hard, on and off-road. We keep seeing areas for improving the platform inside and out. Every product that we develop goes through exhaustive R&D process and, where necessary, full FEA (Finite Element Analysis). We both have highly modified H1’s on 42” tires and have countless aftermarket parts. Over the years we have witnessed many aftermarket parts and suppliers’ customer service not meet our expectations. There is also a lot of theory and assumptions about the platform that we intend on clarifying and improving. Just because something appears to be working, does not mean it cannot work better.
We are one of the few H1 vendors that actually use their trucks hard off-road.
