    This wreath is EXACTLY what I was looking for to use as inspiration for my Spring/Summer door wreath! So glad I found you and your channel to help me along! Would love to see more of what I call "every day wreaths" that can be left up longer. I have very little storage space and can only keep and rotate 4 or 5 wreaths per year.

    I just watched your video and just love your technique about putting on the greenery afterwards because when I do it and put the greenery in first it is hard to find places for the sunflowers. Cant wait to see you next time.

      Hello, there Connie and welcome. Thank you, so much. I would give you a tip when you are working on a grapevine you could just place everything on top just so you would have an idea, where you want everything then when you are sure, you start hot gluing everything together. I will be soon making more for the upcoming season, as for now, I am working on putting kits together for the fall. If, you ever need any help feel free to contact me, at any time. Like and share. Thank you, Lori.

      I wanted to know if you could make some kind of wreath out of angel wing's,Because I collect angel's and love the idea.Thanks Lori for all your kind responses ♡

    • @craftingwithhwm
      @craftingwithhwm  6 лет назад +1

      You could purchase the Filigree Angel Wings and you could make one with flowers like this one with the grapevine wreath or you could use the mesh choice of your color. I would say this method would look beautiful simple bow and flowers of your choice and handpainted or spray color the Filigree WIngs of your choice. I made one with an angel for Christmas I will send you the links below one of them is really cute you could make as many as you want and won't spend a fortune its the single Angel. Hope, they help and good luck. Thank you, Lori.

    Love your informative videos. And your wreaths are so lovely.What glue do you use for the skillet? I’m sure glue sticks, or is it a block? I’ve only used a glue gun but do see how others who make a lot of wreaths use the glue pots or skillets.

    The sunflower wreath is really cute and fresh. However, I think the bow would look better if the black ribbon were on top as it would break up the sea of yellow. As it is, the black isn’t seen down under. Thank you for the wonderful tutorial.

    Hi Lori again you have done a magnificent job absolutely beautiful
    What is the glue that you dip your flowers in ?
    Is it just melted glue sticks that you use in your gun ? And what is it in a warmer of some sort ?
    Or is it a special glue thing ?

    Great sunflower wreath. I plan to make one soon. I couldn’t locate the dark windowpane ribbon. So, I was able to find some that is light colored. What type of sunflower pattern or color would be a good additive for the main ribbon design using the light windowpane?

    • @craftingwithhwm
      @craftingwithhwm  4 года назад

      Hello Brittany! I’m happy you like the wreath and excited for you to make one. I would use sunflower ribbon with a dark brown background or even a moss green background. They have great ones at Craft Outlet right now and here is an example. www.craftoutlet.com/25-sunflowers-ribbon-brown-10-yards-q921140-38. Thank you for watching, Lori.

      I tried those and they feel apart so fast, probably because they weigh an ounce and these wreaths are heavy. I had my father make me 3 very sturdy ones out of wood and chain.

    Hi Lori, I really love working with grapevine wreaths and the wire ones as well! Beautiful job!!! I need your advice. I have a willow 10" wreath (so pretty is this light, beigey vanilla color). What's the best tool to use? The wire, glue or pipe-cleaners?

    • @craftingwithhwm
      @craftingwithhwm  6 лет назад

      Hello, there Wendeline and welcome. They are beautiful, you could do wish ever you would feel more comfortable, are you going to do it like this one? If you use the wire then it might show and also the pipe chenille stems too so, I would do the wire where it is needed and hot glued the rest. Good luck and I hope I get to see it. Share and like. Thank you, Lori.

      @craftingwithhwm  6 лет назад

      Hello, there Wendeline. They only wired, you’ll need is for the bow. Tucked in and you won’t be able to see it. 😉 The rest it’s all hot glued. Good luck and hope it looks beautiful. Share and like. Thank you, Lori.

    I Love this wreath but I must have a 18" grapevine wreath that is too tightly woven as I have a very hard time pushing the stems in. do u have any suggestions what kind of wreaths to buy. Mine if probably ruined as I cant make it more full due to the tightness. Thanks

    • @craftingwithhwm
      @craftingwithhwm  4 года назад

      Hello Shelby! I’m really happy you love the wreath and sorry you’re having trouble pushing the stems into your grapevine. One tip is to not leave your stems too long. You only need it to go through the grapevine about an inch and a half. I prefer to buy my grapevines in person verses online so I can make sure it’s not too tight or too loose and Hobby Lobby is a great place to buy them from. Try cutting the stems shorter and that should do the trick. I hope that helps. Thank you, Lori.
