Hello Elizebert. I am not a technician but I hope that my opinion helps you. If your roller won't work, then my guess is your machine's motor need replacement. You need a technician to diagnose your machine.
Oh man. Idk if you are able to help me. But i took my machine apart because it had a bad jam in it. And now i can't remember where 2 of the metal pieces go. 😢
Hhhhmmmm... you need the assistance of an expert technician near you. They might have the missing metal you need to fix your machine. But if it cost you too much, it is better to buy a new one.

(Me imagino que habrá casos en que se pegan residuos del plástico) Cuando trato de reparar algo nuevo voy tomando fotos o vídeo y organizando las piezas en un papel al lado y escribo notas, así cuando tengo que armarlo no me faltan ni sobran piezas 😂😅😊

Unfortunately I haven't experience your concern. However if ever it happens to me then I will carefully remove the film with hard tools like flat screw. And then clean the metal carefully with WD-40.
1st, baka hindi mo po naibalik ng maayos after mong mabuksan ang machine mo. Or 2nd, ang honest review ni TEEDA laminating machine ay may downside, sa unang roll nya meron yung hnd sya mag dikit ng maayos kaya need mo ulit ulit. At baliktarin mo pagka ulit mo. At wag lagi sa gitna ipadaan.
Ano po ibig nyo sabihin? There's sa laminator brand named "Boye Laminator Machine". Ang hinahanap nyo po is yung board nya mismo sa loob? If yes, I think for order lang yan sa binilhan nyo. Fist is check the power outlet kung gumagana ba talaga. If yes, at hnd parin init, ipa check mo sa electrician baka nag short-circuit. Kung gumana sya after mo mabili means hnd sya factory damage. Try mo din mag wait 5 to 10 minutes after mo ma on dun sa "hot". If hnd tagala uminit dalhin mo sa electrician.
Madami po pwdng dahilan nyan. Katulad ng: Hnd gumagana ang outlet. Kulang ang daloy ng kuryente. Sumabog ang saksakan. Kinagat ng pusa o daga ang wire.😅 At higit sa lahat baka may problema ang Iron Plate nya or Heating coil. Kung okay po ang outlet at saksakan ng laminator nyo. Subukan nyo po ipa On ng 5 to 10 minutes. If wala parin kayong ma feel na init. Kailangan nyo na po ng technician lalo na if wala po tayong idea sa pag repair.

How bout if the film was rolled and stuck completely and i cannot pull it because it was dried up and sticked at the metal part?

Yung laminator ko po parang hindi nya napipress ng maayos yung film pagkatapos ko po sya kalasin noong nagjammed sya ... Ano po kaya dapat kong gawin?
