yeah this scooter is pretty good! got a suspension system, 730wh battery, 20mph top speed, it honestly blow other entry lv scooter out of the park. plus detachable battery! if u lock up your scooter n take the battery out with you, not only it minimize the loss in case its stolen, and also the scooter cant be turn on , so the thief cant just ride it away. if u buy 4x battery+ v8 =$1400, u can get 2190wh!!! dat also blow emove cruiser (1530wh) out of the park. The cons here is does not have solid Tire and the top speed is nt great to keep up with the traffic.

I think I'd go for the S2 max. I personally don't need the removable battery. The s2 has a batter warranty, and higher build quality, but it does cost more so I guess it's a tradeoff.
I do hope future model at any e scooter has the same concept.deck fully maximise with battery while all controller move to stem.then external battery ready like this v8
Yeah I bought a TurboAnt as my first scooter before I realized that all scooters aren't created equal. Just like you I was around 220lbs, and for me the TurboAnt was Turbo Aint. I would have never bought another scooter except that I saw heavier riders zooming by with ease on hills, so I did a lot more research. It's also important to note that virtually all scooter companies exaggerate their range by using some teenage girl or something to ride the scooter on flat track. Real world, you will get about 60% of the stated range for most scooters.

I like Vulf,Vsett10 or 11+ but for 10+ is chiper and lighter to put suspension beter and that upgrades with coil or some good DH bike coil shock whic is 400€ but scooter ride on other dimension . Also newe wulf 72 u think is wery good. I have Vsett 8 for city but I'm going to upgrade and I will liwe my 8 cos its unbelievable good walyu for the mony.

Like almost every electric scooter. IP 54 is a minimal splash water resistance. IP XX : First number is for solids and second one is for liquids. Higher is better. 4 for water is a little resistance but not proof at all.
Yeah it's basically just for splashes. But it's cool that they got the scooter IP rated at all, lots of manufacturers just skip that part because it costs more and encourages people to ride around in the rain, like me in this video 😅
That scooter was on my list fore comuting but clasic Ant is ideal for city ,only thing is short steering hendlbars and he goes almost like Vsett 8 whic is 40kmh but with that small handlebars to mee its sketchy. On my mtb I haw 3 hendelbars (650cm whic is to small and one 800cm , and I like hepy medium 750cm and for scooter litle biger handlebars are game changer). And they cost nothing 30€ best upgrade and not expensive. Best regards from Croatia
I think you're pretty close to right. It might be a marketing mistake but it says the Nex5 has a 350w motor vs 450w on the TurboAnt v8. Knowing China, it's probably the exact same scooter.
I bought a "reconditioned" Turbo Ant V8 electric scooter from the company. I came a week and a half ago. This unit never powered on, and had parts broken lying loose in the box. I emailed them right away. They first asked for a video of the broken parts, and a few days later asked for a video of the screen. I provided them with both right away, but have not heard back. I called their phone and got a voicemail. So far I would not recommend this product. The electrical connections are in the handlebars, and did not line up when I put them on. I've been doing appliance and machinery repairs for a living for 35 years. I watched all the videos before starting to assemble. I have 4 scooters, 3 Ebikes, and 4 hoverboards. This is a bad as I gets so far. I'll update if they respond or anything.

After more than two months, and having to repackage and return the scooter the first time, the scooter arrived today, and I can say unequivocally that this scooter is a complete and utter waste of money, and can only work on completely flat or downhill surfaces. My other scooter is a Glion Dolly, and has a 350 watt motor. This scooter weighs twice as much, and has about 1/2 the power even though it's supposed to be a 450 watt motor. I'm done with this company.

They might have changed the configuration from parallel batteries, into a series. But unless they did that, I can confirm that it works with just one.
