@@angelaharrison9211 Depends who you book with really. Some operators sell it as you could say in either 3 or 4. I booked our recent stay with booking.com and they sold it as Parque Santiago III. That is the better one of the two.

Is there 2 hotels then 3 and 4 and are they in the same complex and how do you know which one you are going in thanx
