The Gizzi family moved down the street from me in the mid 90's, and our families became very close. I gave Glenn Gizzi (Phinehas guitarist/original founding member) his first Van Halen CD when he was around 12 years old.....and the rest is history. Even though Glenn isn't in the band anymore, they still hold a dear place in my heart. God, please watch over the band members, past and present. Amen.

I have to say, I've personally played alongside Daniel. He was one of our church band guitar players for a little while.
Their guitarist is top 5 in any music genre of this time I mean half of his songs and riffs are sweep picking tapping and pure solos no one else is doing that..
Would love to see Phinehas and War of Ages on tour together.

Phinehas was an interesting name choice... Phinehas stood when others failed and actually took judgement into his own hands against a Israelite man and Midianite woman. And God was pleased by it.

It's about time you give some love to a "good" Christian band instead of the many overrated bands you typically react to. You have been showing no where near enough love to the many many great Christian bands out there. Phineas is one of the most talented bands you'll hear or see live. By the way, their guitarist is one of the best guitarists I've ever seen live or otherwise.

There is a allusion to living in the end times:
"To bring an end with terror or a terror without end
An end with terror or a terror without end"
Scripture tells us when Christ returns it will be terrifying for unbelievers. But, ultimately Christ return is what ends war, death, disease, hunger, etc... While it comes in terror, it is the end of terror. But, ultimately I think this song is about standing up as Christians and not being afraid of the times we are living in.
