I would according to my personal tastes go with Persona 5, I just love the jam in that game, while if I were to speak objectively, I would go with P2 and P3 without any doubt.
I love Shoji Meguro’s work for Persona 3-5 and Persona 1 PSP, but that music is so much grittier and more "SMTesque", it makes me wish we could get back to something like this for future Persona games. I know it won’t happen though. But at the very least, it makes me eager to hear the SMT5 soundtrack.

If i had to guess probably still red since Persona 2 from what it looks like is red too (You'd think Persona 5 should have been a different color honestly). It could brighter or more darker red tho. I think mostly brighter. EDIT: Scratch that it would most likely be brown and/or beige since P2 Tsumi (Innocent Sin) is supposedly brown and P2 Batsu (Eternal Punishment) is beige looking at some photos on Google Images.
