So the next thing you need to buy is a "heat plate" that is used to solder SMD's like in this project. You should try some projects using the mmWave Radar sensors like LD2410, LD2450, LD2451, LD2461 etc, very simple and fun. Some people try to use them to light up addressable LED's as they way down the hall etc.
