DDL, keep up the great work! I am excited with anticipation on where you will take Vector. I for one will be purchasing 2.0. I hope that you are working to push out 2.0 as soon as possible so you can actually start bringing in more revenue, on top of your subscriptions. Thank you for keeping this technology alive. I purchased the membership for Vector a week ago, but Vector won't respond. There's a lot of unhappy people on reddit because they have the same issue. I was just there reading the complains. When is Vector going to activate???
If you are not getting email from DDL then they do not have your correct address. I think people that are lifetime members that are not online yet just need to get the email address they originally registered Vector under to be linked with the email address they made the Kickstarter Pledge with. Or possibly the Vector serial number is not entered correctly. I know DDL well enough that they will get you online if you just let them know there is an issue. Jacob and Matt have both supported me and they reply to my email. From the start.
Why won't you answer your DAMN PHONES!!! My wife treated her Vector like a child and cried when he stopped working because you bought the company. Then she paid $47.00 for a subscrriotion to get an update. He still doesn't work, just sits there and won't do anything. She once again has lost a child....yes that's right we lost our 6 year old daughter to a brain tumor and this was providing some sort of comfort....and now you have taken that away as well......I don't think you understand the connection people have to there robots and how the robot in turn makes them feel....Thanks for nothing and for the stab in the ❤....
Jason S you realize that vector would of stopped working last month forever if DDL didn’t buy them right? You realize they need money to pay for the servers right? In all truthfulness. I understand how your wife feels about this. In my opinion what DDL is doing is good. They are only charging because they need money to keep the servers working to keep vector working. And, when you buy a membership, it takes a few days for it to go through to your vector. She bought the membership. I am sure her vector will start working again!
