  • The €18,000,000 Navetta 42, M/Y Horizon, is one of the most customised superyachts the Ferretti Group brand, Custom Line, has ever produced.
In this in-depth walkthrough tour and review, YachtBuyer has an all-access pass to show you every inch of this remarkable yacht.
Launched in 2020, she is hull number 4 of the 8 that have been launched thus far and with her striking flag blue hull paint she certainly stands out amongst the other 42’s that have hit the water.
On board, she has five guest cabins, including an owner’s suite on the main deck and space for 7 crew in the crew quarters; the skipper has their own cabin on the upper deck, aft of the bridge.
The owner and his team extensively reworked Horizon, beefing up her deck gear in order to tow an 11m chase RIB and replacing the standard anchor winches with higher spec ones. The engine room was stripped out and redesigned and she is wheelchair accessible with a widened passerelle and a lift that links the main deck with the captain’s cabin.
In the engine room there is a pair of Caterpillar C32 1,600hp engines, which will push the semi-displacement GRP hull to a top speed of 17.6 knots. She has a trans-Atlantic range at 10 knots, though and will top 3,200nm thanks to a boosted fuel capacity of 39,200 litres.

I've watched a lot of boat videos and most always have one thing I don't like. This boat didn't. It had it all but most importantly, looked super comfortable and not overly opulent.

What a stunning boat. Both interior and exterior areas are so tastefully designed. Absolutely gorgeous.
I love watching Aquaholic, Nautistyles and the eternally enthusiastic David at Yachts For Sale and all, but I think that you and your team's presentations are the best, Jack. Congrats to you all for yet another fine production. Looking forward to the next one!

Beautiful boat, the upper deck for me would be a nice gym as there are plenty of seating areas all over the boat. My favorite boat is sunseeker 131 but I actually think I might prefer this.
I also think, if using a chaser boat, I might choose a foot or 2 larger boat but possibly the existing one would be ok. Given the space, I would also put a huge blow up extension in the back for an even bigger beach club/ pool.
Love it, would do a world cruise on this I think for a couple of years.

They are either on the way up or the way down. If you are on the way up your yacht is always too small. Me? I am sensible and sail a thirty year old ex charter First 501. I am neither going up or down.🤣Getting a bit choppy.

Well, they made accommodations for a WC, so that infers that someone (perhaps the owner) was disabled or needed the extra mobility that comes with using a WC. It could be that the person died, became too sick/weak to use the boat, or just got as much use out of it as they wanted. Unless you try to buy the boat, then chances are you'll never know)
