So do I! I have downloaded about 11gig worth of their shows lol.
I adore Yeats and this talk is excellent, especially the analysis by the great Yeats scholar Roy Foster.

I am glad you liked this Hermgirl :)
    "To and fro we leap
    And chase the frothy bubbles,
While the world is full of troubles
    And anxious in its sleep.
    Come away, O human child!
To the waters and the wild
With a faery, hand in hand,
For the world's more full of weeping than you can understand."

Excellent discussion. Though the radio producer in me must mention that it's not a documentary.

I enjoyed this program. Thank you. I made "Stolen Child" into a mini movie. I made two different versions. Check it out sometime. I love Yeats poetry.

At 31.04 "that famous poetic device of -----------" is mentioned. It's during the discussion of the last four lines in An Irish Airman Forsees His Death.Does anyone know the device or how to spell it ?

In the picture he resembles Bret Easton Ellis.

Served time in a British Gaol as being in the I.R.A. and died of T.B. in Gaol, seemingly and studied in schools as a poet what a contradiction ?
